I generally like the products at Shopbop. I don't generally complain about the products I buy either. But this item is a garbage. When I received it yesterday, I couldn't believe my eyes. The quality was so poor. The scarf was literally in the process of disintegration strand by strand. Not in one part, but the whole thing. It's like the scarf is not completely knitted, or finished. I can't believe Shopbop sells the item of this poor qualiry. I'm stuck with it becuaes I can't return it. I feel like I was cheated by Shopbop. I'm writing this in order to prevent another person from buying this and getting disappointed.
