Best White Tank Ever!
The cut and fit of this tank is absolutely perfect. Most impressive is the fabric, which is a nice, thick, non-sheer, sturdy rib that doesn't stretch or sag throughout the day and look dumpy--ridiculously hard to find in a tank these days :). I would have snagged 2 or 3 more in my size if I'd have known!

R&B Skinny Jeans
These jeans are thin and stretchy with faux front pockets, really more like a jegging. So perhaps a little overpriced for what they are (even at 60% off!) but the color and fit are perfect. All in all, not quite what I was expecting, but I like them a lot anyway. :)

So close...
Wow, just received these and hoped they would really fit true to size, as swimwear rarely does. I went with the L*Space size chart and the other reviews and crossed my fingers. Well, the color and fabric really are gorgeous but at 5'9" and size 4 the small fit extremely small, not only in coverage but overall. Ugg, I cringed when I looked in the mirror and as these were final sale, they'll be consigned to the underwear drawer. Can't win them all...sigh.

Oh, so good!
What's not to love at this price? Soft, stretchy, comfy, nice dark wash and true to size. The tag says this model is called "Solid Gold" and wearing these I do feel like I'm channeling the late seventies, in the best way possible.

Zen Burmudas
I held out on buying these until they were final sale, and knew right away when I unwrapped them that I wouldn't want to pay any more than I had. They do look cute on and I adore the silhouette, but there are some minor fit and construction issues (pooching in the front when you bend over, waistband too small, puckering along the zipper seam) and the polyester fabric is a little rough and cheap feeling. I had my eye on a very similar style by Halston Heritage but decided to give these a go first since they are $100 cheaper! Overall I like them but they're nothing to get too excited about. For reference, I am 27" waist, 37" hips and the small fit perfectly in the toosh but was almost uncomfortably small in the waist.

Force Mix Sandals
I was really surprised to see that someone had rated these below average. While I was waiting for them to arrive I actually hoped not to like them because it was $177 that I didn't really need to be spending :). Sadly for the budget, I was as taken with them in person as I had been on the website. Usually I don't do gold but these are a nice, muted gold that looks awesome mixed with the neutral straps. What attracted me initially was the snake-textured footbed, which I think is so original and cool looking. Much to my astonishment, these fit my average width 8.5 foot true to size--so hard to find in a sandal!--and were soooo comfortable to walk in right out of the box. They're now selling for almost 60 bucks less than what I paid but still I feel more than happy with the quality I got for my money.

Long Sleeve Shirt
This strikes me as the kind of thing people will either love or hate. It verges on being confused--is it a jacket? a pajama top? beachy? menswear? Personally, I love it and I think the styling and photos don't do it justice. Size wise, what can I say, ordered my usual small (or 1) and it's slightly bigger on me than on the model whose measurements are 3 to 4 inches smaller and is supposedly wearing a size 1...ahem. Oversized and slightly boxy works with this design though. The fabric is so soft and lightweight and has a subtle sheen, not at all stiff like I feared it might be. The tailoring is impeccable, and I love that Enza Costa is made in the US! Again it's a matter of taste, but as someone bored to death by the classic button-down, I really love this shirt :)

Totally Tubular
My usual shoe size is 8.5, sometimes 8. I ordered these in EU39 because despite the size conversion chart, it seems that euro sizes run smaller. Sure enough my heel hangs just slightly over the edge and the footbed is quite narrow. I love the look of these sandals--gorgeous color, pretty and a little funky and unexpected at the same time--enough that sizing issues aside, they're a keeper. Probably won't wear them out of the house for a while in case a 39.5 becomes available though...

Jenny Aubrey Cords
I sized down from my normal 27 to a 26 based on the fit of a few other Goldsign jeans and the fact that cords can be so stretchy. They fit like a glove, have a nice medium rise, are so so soft, and a gorgeous pine green color. There's some very minor pilling on the inside fabric but nothing I haven't noticed with other cords. Love them!

Not my favorite favorite
Hate to be a party pooper, but I have to go contrary to the favorable reviews on this one. Runs a bit larger than the 50/50 cotton and modal Vince favorite tank. The straps are too far apart for my liking, the fabric is clingy in an unflattering way and then stretches out during the day. I've worn and washed mine 2 or 3 times (delicate cycle, in a laundry bag, hang to dry) and already the fabric is starting to pill. While I'm on a rant, why does Vince use factories in Peru and China while lots of brands on Shopbop at similar quality and price points make their products in the US?
