Seriously, this elastic RETAILS at $1/yd. That breaks down to about $.20 each. And the cut edges of these aren't even sealed to prevent them from unraveling. I know some people may not be 'crafty' enough to make their own hair ties, but it literally entails tying a knot and cutting elastic. 60 seconds if you have to get scissors from another room. That's it.
