Neither here nor there
Funny shape, this relaxed skinny. It is neither sufficiently relaxed to qualify as a boyfriend, nor flatteringly slim cut. It's more baggy above the knee, and tapered below the knee. The waist also is higher than I expected, which might be why the baggy crotch on the model. I have Textile, PRPS, Halogen, Current Elliott, and Joe's Jeans all of which offer some slender but not tight/skinny profiles that are great for wearing all day long. These AGs fit to perfection and the fabric is typically AG-tastic. However the cut was not what I was hoping for. I'm 5'8" and 145 pounds, size 29 with non-athletic build, i.e. not too muscular legs.

a great frumpy fabulous shirt
I'm not one who can pull off super crisp and tailored, so when I saw this scruffy shaped button up, I wanted to try it. On a hunch, I bought both the M and L. Though I'm usually an M in Equipment, Splendid, most brands, I saw the fit on the model in the shoulders and I felt that this casual type shirt should be a little slouchy. The L hits me right at the shoulder line and it does not look oversized at all. I will need to stitch the placket closed between the front buttons. I'm small busted and the blouse still gaps like crazy. (Note the model's measurements.) The shirt is not a high low cut, as it appears in the photos. I'm 5'8" and the front hits me just below the crotch. Pleasantly, the bottom button falls below the waistband on my typical jeans. The M looks about the same length and cut. I paid full price, at which I thought "ouch" especially with the altering, but this shirt is beautifully unique. For a softer, feminine yet still structured look, this could be your guy.

Fabric great; not versatile
This has the quality fabric and look that you've come to expect from Citizens of Humanity. 5'8.5" 150lb I bought a M and it fit reasonably well. The hitch with this jacket is, it has a thick button in lining. It does not have the sleek and non bulky look that a down or synthetic filled coat might have. The faux fur looks incredibly faux. I guess that's good if you're trying to sell the fact that you favor animal rights, but it was not what I expected from this label.

more semi-sheer than in photos
Nice top, but more sheer than you can tell by zooming on the photos.

Great weight, high quality basic
This top absolutely meets one's expectations in a quality weight knit top from Petit Bateau. I bought my usual PB size M and the top fits me less slouchy than on the model. On me, with the more tailored fit, the sleeves are more bracelet length, which looks really cute with a top of this style. Incidentally, the color is really dark navy, almost black.

great fabric, buttons badly spaced
I wanted to love this shirt: the fabric is great, the color is great and it fits true to size. (ordered M and I'm 5'9" 155 pounds) Note that the shirt has a pleasantly slim cut, with a longerish tail in the back. However I wanted to wear the shirt buttoned up and even with my small bust, the shirt gapped right in front. :( This shirt would look great as on the model, over a tank, but I was looking for a more slender tailored look.

Super cute and fit beautifully
These are so so so so cute. And they fit nicely. I usually wear a 29, which is an 8 or 10 depending on designer. The 8 fit perfectly.

Color not as expected
True, "teal" can be a subjective term. However looking at these in every light possible, I can only call them forest green. Most likely, these won't match anything in your last two decades' purchases. But a nice hand to the fabric.

beautiful fabric, more fitted than photo
Unlike many Splendid items, this sweater is not made in the USA. But still, it's Splendid, and the company generally support American jobs and always supports clean, safe work environments around the world. The fabric feels like a dream, but the sweater is not so drapey as the photo, unless you, too, are model-skinny. :) It's a really great value even at its list price, for the quality.

Perfect run around 7 day a week jean
I have been looking for a slim but slouchy jean. Most jeans seem to be cut very skinny this season. The Kate jean is slender enough to wear in public and look awesome. And it is slouchy enough you could wear them for 16 work hour days and feel comfortable the entire time. These jeans rival my love for Joe's, which is my usual best fit.
