When I first received my parcel from ShopBop I was a little disappointed to find that the size was a little too large for me. It felt like it was at least 2 sizes too large for my fit. I have a rather curvy body and yet I find this surprising that this shorts runs rather large in size. However, when I tried it on properly at home, I found the label on the inside of the shorts advising to wear this shorts low on the hips, with a belt and it's meant to be loose. So i followed the advice- put on a skinny belt, dragged the shorts low on my hips and wore it with a loose fitting cotton T and it looks great! I took a picture and showed my 2 best friends and they told me that it looked great and did not look ill-fitting or too large. So don't be surprised if you find it rather large. Just pull it low towards your hips and a belt helps to secure it in place. And thanks for a speedy delivery ShopBop! xoxo
