fragile. orthopedic nightmare
1. for $250 the rhinestones should be securely fastened, not loose upon receipt! really bad form. I haven't even worn them out, but more than a dozen rhinestones are in jeopardy of popping off. expect to lose the stones if you do anything more than display them in a glass box. 2. smaller than expected--unless you don't mind flats fitting like socks. the tory burch site lists it as smaller than expected, and here, on shopbop, it reads true to size. inaccurate. i should have ordered half a size up. 3. the images are misleading. soles are not flat. due to the elastic, the shoe is permanently shaped like a horseshoe. talk about wreaking havoc on your arches, making your feet feel like they are bound. absolutely no support in the center; in fact, the sole dips in the center. once on, you feel the heel pad and the elastic forcing the ball of your feet and toes up. I added arch inserts to try to lend a somewhat flatter sole, but this is still poorly constructed.
