I am tall (5"8') and skinny (122 lb.). Bought XS, they fit a little tight and a little low in the begging... I kept pulling them up and after one day of wearing them; they stretched just a little, enough to become comfortable. Thick material allows you to wear them with short top and not be afraid to bend over :)
