Splendid
Stretch Tube Dress / Skirt
relaxed but chic
I needed a comfortable skirt for my growing belly and this fits the bill.
The material is very soft but super stretchy so you can adjust the length of the skirt to your liking. (mini for oversized sweaters, knee-length for collar shirts)
The color is more on the pastel-olive side than the greyish hue I expected.
I tried on a similar skirt by James Perse but it looks nowhere near as good as this skirt.
Great for travel too.

Soft Joie
Wilcox B Nautical Stripe Dress
great preggie wear
I'm 5 months pregnant and needed a comfortable dress.
I'm usually a XXS or XS and the S fits me perfectly.
The waistband area is stretchy but fitted so you can adjust the dress to your height (I'm 5'4'' so I need to shorten the dress a bit to prevent dragging)
The material is great; instead of smooth cotton, it looks more like fine-knit silk cashmere. Feels so soft against your skin too.
In colder weather you might need to wear leggings underneath to keep your legs warm, but otherwise I love this dress. My go-to relax wear without the pajama look.

alice + olivia
Arthur Pants
wanted to love it but..
I fell in love with the color of these pants and ordered them (this color isn't available on any other sites I checked - not even aliceandolivia.com!)
Anyway..I've noticed with my Alice & Oliva cady cuff shorts too, but the sizes run large.
I'm usually a size 0 or 00 for bottoms ( waist 24", hips 33")
But these were *pretty* big. They fell to my hips, elongating my torso. It's supposed to be a cropped pant but on me (I'm 5'5" on a good day :) ) they were full length pants.
I thought about biting the bullet and just wear 5in heels to offset the short leg look, but since it's silk..and it's pink..so it's hard for it to not look like a super-expensive pair of pajama pants.
I tried rolling up the cuffs - the fabric is nice and stretchy, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable rolled up - but then they looked like breeches.
Long story short, if they are on sale it may be worth it, but I'm returning mine,
The color is much more saturated in person too.
Sizing: Larger than Expected

Theory
Max C Pants
formal but chic
I purchased these pants in Indigo along w the Theory "Gabe B" one-button jacket. So polished & elegant, without looking square and stuck-up.
The pants hug your hip & upper thighs (very sexy) but flow freely towards the bottom. I'm normally a size 24 in jeans, or size 0 in shorts/skirts. For these pants, the 00 fit me perfectly..a little bit on the snug side, but it'll form to your figure over time.
The material is nice, but feels a tiny bit scratchy against my legs. Would take half a star off for this given the price..
The length is probably 34" or 34.5". I'm 5'4.5", and these pants were the perfect length while wearing 5 inch heels.
Highly recommended - these would be your go-to pants for that important meeting at work, interviews, or a polished everyday look.
