Tambourine Mini Dress

It is just ok

I have a friend who bought this dress, it runs very small, so it is tight for her unfortunately, the fabric is not that good quality as she thought. So I don't know if I should buy or not, I will go for trip with a very hot weather and I need a dress like that.
