I have the Cady shorts in linen and bought them in my usual size 6. For the linen ones I feel they run true to size. However these are a thicker cotton material, so I felt I had to size up to an 8 to make them fit the same way (slightly low slung) that the linen ones do. Overall great shorts that are flattering to the leg and also give a little bit of an illusion of a tush even if you don't have one :)

Skinny jeans are a little difficult for me to pull off because I have very athletic legs. They are relatively skinny, but muscular so skinnies can make me look a bit butch. These do not do that at all because they are skinny while not being too clingy (and it does help if you wear them around to stretch them out a bit). My husband, who hates skinny jeans, is a fan. I got them in grey and it is a great color - very versatile. I am a size 28 in jeans, and that is what I bought in these.

I feel like I can never have too many black dresses with a defined waist. Very flattering if you have a little bit of a tummy. I am typically a size 6 in Theory, but I could barely zip this up when I got it. Luckily, Shopbop will let me return/exchange for free so I just ordered an 8, which fit perfectly.

Got these earrings for my sister for Christmas - she will love them! The picture doesn't do them justice - they really sparkle and shine in person!

I also have these earrings in pink, and I love them, but they are more appropriate in the summer. These will be my winter version! Get compliments every time I wear them - great quality!

I love Miguel Ases earrings - I own two pairs. I was so excited to give these as a gift to my sister, but they are not at all worth $330. They are lightweight, which can be good, but the lack of heft in an expensive earring just doesn't feel right to me. They are also smaller than I expected. Overall, you could do better.

Ugh I loved the color of this dress but was so frustrated with the fit. It fit tighter than a shift dress in the body, but then the sleeves were ridiculously long and much poofier than they appear in the picture. Proportions were way off for my taste

I love the peplum trend but have struggled to find just the right kind of peplum - they are usually either too voluminous or frilly. This is just right. The dress is a great color, and the fabric incorporates a little of the brocade trend as well. I am somewhere between a size 6-8. I ordered the 8 because typically Nanette Lepore runs smaller. It is just SLIGHTLY large - I may have been able to pull off the 6, but it is so comfy and with a belt you don't notice. Speaking of the belt, the one that comes with it is hideous of course (I hate when designers include cheap matching belts), but just sub a skinny black belt and you are in business. Great dress for work.

This is a heavier weight jacket that will go great over a LBD for work. Great modern fit and tailoring. Not too long which is usually my complaint. Note I say true to size, but I like my jackets to be open. If you have any sort of chest you should order up if you want to wear it closed.

Based on how this dress looks on the model, I took this to be a shift dress. I ordered one size up as always with DVF, but the dress was disappointingly small in the stomach and hips (and I have NO hips!). I decided to try one more size up (10), but that didn't fix the problem. I am an apple shape (which is perfect for shift dresses normally), but I would advise only girls with boyish figures order this dress.
