Perfect low boot
I am a size 39, regular width foot (not wide, not narrow) and the 8.5 fits me perfectly. These definitely measure longer than other size 39 boots I have, but because they are a narrow fit my foot doesn't slide forward at all and it doesn't look at all strange. They're really beautiful, the suede very smooth and theyre very comfortable, the block heel perfect for running around in. I agree they look and feel more expensive than they are. I have the black suede and will most likely invest in another colour.

Good
The black fabric is a little light and sheer but it is supposed to be for layering. Fabric is soft and stretchy, racer back is good so its a keeper. True to size.

Mistake
I actually bought this bag in error, I thought I was buying the other black Edie tote which is all leather. This one has fabric side panels which isn't clear from the description. The design concept is great, I love the idea of a large bag that can be zipped down to a more compact version, perfect. But the detailing lets it down. Aside from the fabric panels, I am returning this bag because parts of the bag have brushed, matte rose gold hardware but the zips, a design feature of the bag, are shiny gold and the mix of metals doesn't work here. The leather is soft but the base has no structure so it doesn't hold the lovely shape shown in the picture. Also I don't like the calico, light coloured lining. I knew that before I purchased, it wasn't a deal breaker but personally I prefer a darker lining so that marks don't show over time. $40 AUD to return, online shopping fail.

Disappointed
Honestly, I don't know why this bag has such great reviews. I had my eye on this bag for a while but its just not that great especially considering the price. The design concept is great, I love the idea of a large bag that can be zipped down to a more compact version, perfect. But the detailing lets it down. Firstly, and primarily, I am returning this bag because parts of the bag have brushed, matte rose gold hardware but the zips, a design feature of the bag, are shiny gold and the mix of metals doesn't work here. The leather is soft but the base has no structure so it doesn't hold the lovely shape shown in the picture. Also I don't like the calico, light coloured lining. Can't use this
I ordered two of these to give as a gift. Realised too late that strike anywhere matches (the kind that strike on any surface such as this match strike) are not available in Australia. Which makes this kind of pointless. Have to return. Cute though!

Not the one
I thought I had found my dream necklace when I spotted this, I even bought it in the black and rose colour! The gold details and aqua bolts are great, its a great length and sits really well. Also love the clasp, really easy to do one handed. Everything about this necklace is fab and looks really expensive...except the navy, printed "fabric" sections. They're filled with foam and the fabric is cheap looking, very synthetic. This detail actually reminds me of kids pool toys. Anyway, I'm sure I'll still get lots of wear because they are eye catching and otherwise well executed. I would say try it anyway and see how you feel about that, Shopbop has an excellent returns policy.

Great shape
I bought the black, really love the racer style neckline and peplum that is higher at the front than the back. Get compliments every time I wear it, looks great with skinny jeans and flats or high waisted pencil skirts and heels. Was a little disappointed by the fabric when I first received it, the poly spandex doesn't look that expensive and I expected more at this price...however, it wont stretch, fade or pill. Really happy I kept it, I wear it all the time now.

Perfect jeans belt
This is the perfect belt for jeans. I am usually a sz 28, sometimes a 29, and a true UK sz 10. The size small is perfect. I have this belt in both black and brown, both are size S however just a note that the black is a full inch shorter than the brown. From clip to last hole the brown is 90cm, the black only 87.5cm. Still perfect for me though!

Meh
I am a size UK/AU 10 but ordered the size 4 (UK 8) as previous Madewell items have run large. I wasn't wrong, the sz 4 fit was good...but I didn't love it. The horizontal stripes were not flattering to my DD bust, made me look enormous (hmmm should have foreseen that but didn't). I don't have a perfectly flat belly either and the pleats on the waist highlighted this so overall not flattering for me.

Undecided
Undecided about this one, I think I purchased the wrong size. I am almost always a UK size 10 (in Australia this can be anything from an 8 to a 12 depending on brand) so I purchased the US sz 6. It feels slightly large and boxy, and doesn't quite sit high enough on the shoulder. Not sure if that is intentional but I may have been better with the sz 4. The quality is fantastic for the price though, material is great and love the faded navy stripe
