fabulous!
Gosh, I love this skirt so much!!! I don't regret having spent the money at all. It is as pictured: a beautiful plaid. I've always loved green and violet together although it often doesn't work but it sure works here. The fabric is furry but not scratchy; the construction is solid (of course - it's Milly!). It's very flattering, emphasizing a small waist. I am only 5'3" and I was worried that the skirt would be too long and that the hem would hit at mid-calf - not a good length for most of us - but it doesn't; it hits me below-the knee, at the upper calf. The fit is perfect! I wore it with a plain black cami, black "grandpa sweater," and a pair of black suede platform slingbacks. I can't wait to figure out what to pair it with next! ;-)

beautiful and versatile
I love this blouse! Indigo is my favorite color. The fabric feels, well, "like silk!" It's just perfect for everything: to wear tucked in or not; with a belt or not; with jeans or skinny pants and boots or with skirts. (I personally wouldn't wear it with shorts as in the photo, but to each her own). Another reviewer didn't care for the shininess of the fabric. I like it. It's not like it's some garish thing from the late '70s. I love the rolled-up sleeves. I love the neckline. And did I mention the color? ;-) I usually prefer more fitted clothing, but I really needed a blouse like this. I'm delighted to have it.

beautiful but runs quite small
This skirt is extremely beautiful and well-made. I am 5'3" and the hem hits the tops of my kneecaps. But this skirt runs very small. I am aware that I put on some weight over the summer but I have been losing and my size 4 clothes are beginning to fit again. I knew it would be snug, but I could barely even pull it on with the zipper all the way down! I'm afraid that even a 6 will be too small. So I'm not sure if I'm getting the 6 or just a refund.

pretty but not sure
OK, so I just got this dress today and I'm on the fence about keeping it or returning it. It is truly very pretty and well-made and I knew that I would have to wear very high heels with it (I'm 5'3"). But my one great fear was this: that it would make me look pregnant. I'm not, and it does. This problem is easily corrected with a belt or a ballerina sweater, and I am leaning towards keeping the dress. This is "my color"! I am normally a size 4 but my size 4 dresses are a bit snug on me lately and I believe I could stand to lose 6-7 lbs. Nevertheless, this dress seems to run a little bit large; it has three hook-and-eye closures to choose from at the back and even with the tightest one the dress still seems a bit loose on me. The straps are, in my opinion, a little long. So if you're on the short side, you may feel you want to shorten the hem and the straps. But those are not major tasks. All in all, it's a lovely dress. It's just that maxi dresses are tricky! ;-)

fairy-tale dress
This dress is really pretty and the diagonal seams make it unique. The ruching at the bust is lovely, especially if you're kind of small-busted like me. I am 5'3" and normally a size 4 and the 4 fits me perfectly. The hem hits the bottom of my kneecaps in front rather than as shown (obviously, since I'm so much shorter than a model). The back hem is a bit longer. It has a body-skimming fit which, admittedly, is not for everyone. I go for dresses that are very fitted in the waist and I confess that I had buyer's remorse the day after I ordered this, but it came and I tried it on and I found it very flattering. It is a true white, almost bluish white, something else that I've never bought before. Yet I really love it. Despite having two layers, it is actually still rather transparent; I could see my belly button through the dress. So that means doing some strategizing with underclothes. But I'm keeping the dress. It makes me feel like a fairy princess.
