Fabric issue
By now i have 4 pairs of marrakesh jeans - i like it that much! On this, i actually made a mistake of ordering one size larger than normal, partly bec it's white and i dont like whites to look too fitting. The cut is quite nice, as per marrakesh, but I have to agree with some of the reviewers that the fabric is thin, unlike other marrakesh jeans. it also seems to stretch out more as you wear. my hazel pair retains its shape quite well during the day. this one doesnt.. So now after a day's wear, it's looking slouchy on me, even though i had the waist taken in by quite a bit..

Great crop!
This is now one of my favorites. Being just 5'4", the length sits just a bit above my ankle. the color is lovely, v slimming, great with flats for a casual weekend. I've worn it a couple of times, and it retains shape with only a slight stretching out. V happy with it!

Lovely!
The high waist is lovely, fit is true to size I think. I'm only about 5'4" so I would need to cut around 3 inches off the hem. But it still retains flare. Like the color. I think it would probably stretch a bit with wear, but i hope not too much!

A bit see through
Just got this pair - thanks, shop bop! i ordered 26 bec my size 25 james reboot jeans were rather snug. but then this pair is quite loose, and would need to be taken in on the waist. but what i didn't like was that the material is a bit see through. Am returning this..

A bit large on waist
This is a nice pair, and i finally got the length (almost) right with petites. i actually bought it in regular length at another site, but was rather dismayed when i got it - to find that after hemming to my length (height about 5'4"), i'd lose the flare altogether! so I sent that back and grabbed these. I still have to hem slightly by about one inch. That first pair was 26, waist big, so I sized this down to 25. I still find the waist big, but it isn't too much of a problem getting it altered. The rise is nice, it's high, so I don't have to tug at it when I sit.. This is my first pair of Joe's!

Just slightly large?
Just got my Gigi, thanks again to super fast shipping by shop bop. I actually got a 26 in the colored skinnies of j brand, and got 25 in these. Not sure why this pair's rise feels lower than the skinnies, although both are 8.5 in. maybe bec it's slightly large.. ? since it may stretch with wear i may have to alter the waist. i like it though, but i'm not v tall, it comes down to my ankles. if i want it to look like model's i'll have to hem it by maybe an inch or slightly more.. I'm usually 25 in 7s and citizen..

Great fit
Got my first J brand jeans last fri- thanks to really quick shipping! really like the pants. i dont usually buy skinnies. but i mus say the rave reviews have been spot on. cut is lovely. length a bit long for me, i'm just over 5'4". i agonised over size, usually am 25 on 7 and citizen. i went with 26. after wearing for couple of hours on fri, and most of sunday, it did stretch but not to the point of becoming slouchy. the twill is of excellent quality, the weave is unusually tight which helps to keep its shape. now i want second pair - prob black cherry ( shopbop, pls stock in twill!). i'm wondering if i can order 25 this round.. although a looser cut would make it more appropriate for work..

Lovely trouser/jean
This pair is something of a gem. It's wide leg, but not too wide. V elegant, I think i can wear it to work with nice silk shirt, and it still won't look like casual Friday!

Not comfy for long walking
This pair was lovely out of the box. V stylish, good with skirts and trousers. But after a day running around today (first day of wear), i realise the footbed is not cushioned so it's v hard on the balls of my feet. i had to quickly pop into pharmacy to buy a footpad. Bec the forefoot pad was out of stock i had to make do with a heel pad, which is better than nothing. i was scared of getting a blister on the balls of my feet, which would be absolutely a first time. Wish it had more of a cushioned footbed. This is one of those times when you wont discover this weakness by just casually trying it at home.

Nice
Excellent value for money w the 70% off. I normally am a 1 in gap, 25 in citizen. Got a 2 in these. They were the smallest on the site. They start out nice n snug not tight but do loosen through the day. Since price was such a steal i cant complain, compared to paying $110 for a 7forallmank utility pants
