This is a very lovely dress, but in true Twenty8twelve style, it is TOTALLY OVERPRICED. I got it on sale and I can't imagine having paid $500 for a glorified tank dress with lace overlay. I'm not kidding. I thought it would be a more structured dress, maybe with a zipper, because that's how it looks on the model. But it is basically a sheer flimsy jersey tank dress with lace on top, which you pull on over your head.

These shoes are utterly gorgeous and the fine craftsmanship is obvious throughout. The leather is soft and clearly high quality, and the scent is intoxicating. I have the gray, which plays off the tone of the wood beautifully. The velcro back is a little unusual at first, but it is easy to make the shoes fit snugly. They are completely versatile - very sexy yet not overly dressy, so they can be worn with a variety of things. I am ecstatic to have these shoes.
