Love Mara Hoffman!
This is my third Mara Hoffman bathing suit, and I really do love her. I got this in the peacock color, which is little more of a darker, richer blue in person, and is gorgeous. I have a 34D chest and am more curvy, usually wearing a size 6 or 28/29, and I got this in the L. I think it fits very well- I probably could have gotten away with the M, but I strived to be a little more modest with a brand that is notorious for running small. The fit is comfortable and offers just enough coverage for me to not feel overly exposed.

Sad I had to return
I was very excited for these boots, and really wanted them to work, but unfortunately it didn't happen. Firstly, I received the boots with a defect (the bottom strap near the ankle was ripped), but I'll take that as a freak occurrence, as I rarely have problems with Frye or Shopbop in that respect. The bigger issue was that when I went to put the boots on, I couldn't get my foot past the heal ankle and into the foot of the boot. The calves did feel more tight than other boots, but this wasn't so much an issue for me. I usually wear a 10, but as Frye's run big I ordered a 9.5. Once I was able to get my foot into the foot of the boot the fit was good (not too small), but it was really getting my foot through that tight angle that was the issue. I don't know if anyone else will find this a problem, but this was my issue rather than the tight calves or actual size. In the end I had to return due to the combination of the task of putting them on and the defect. What a shame!

Good jeans!
I followed the advice of the other reviewers- I'm usually a size 28 or 29 depending on the brand; I went with a 28, and they fit perfectly on the first try. I imagine they might even get a little looser given they everyone says they stretch a little. The rise is a little lower than most of my other jeans, but still comfortable. I'm also super excited that I don't have to hem these for once (I'm 5'9"). The coloring is nice and the denim is a thick, quality denim. The only thing is I think the flare looks slightly bigger in person- a little bigger than typical bootcut, but it doesn't look bad. Overall I think these were a good investment and I am excited for these!

Not for me...
I had ordered this in the blush color, and did think it was a gorgeous color. However, the dress didn't fit well on me and was nothing special. Even though other reviewers didn't seem to have this problem, my 34C/D chest did not fit well in the top. It was either too low or I did not fit above the seam sewn into the dress. I also thought the middle piece should have been longer; it ended right in the middle of my stomach, and I thought it looked weird to have the skirt start so high. These issues aside, even if the dress did fit a little better in these places, I don't think it was really anything special. I had purchased it in mind to wear to weddings, but I don't even think it would have been elegant enough to do so. Back it went!

Cute Spring Dress!
I am very happy with this purchase (especially now that it's on sale) and with Patterson J Kincaid in general. As other reviewers mentioned, the color is a little more vibrant in person. I am not finding that it is cheaply constructed- the overlay is sheer, as obviously meant to be, and the underlying slip is light and semi-sheer, but not so that you can see anything underneath (it's the same as other Patterson Kincaid dresses). I would definitely size down one as it is a bigger dress. As others mentioned, it does have an untailored look without the belt, but I think that would be obvious from the picture. The belt pulls it all together and returns it to feminine and flattering. Also, the hemline is a little shorter in the front than in the back, which I think it a cute detail. One caution, however, I am 5"9 and if I were one inch taller the underlying slip would not have covered my rear end enough for me to be comfortable (the overlay is much longer).

Good jeans!
These jeans are a very nice, true, dark black. They are more stretchy than I expected, but it is a good quality, heavy stretch that seems that it will keep its shape. I feel like they are true to size and probably have a little more give in either direction due to the stretch. The rise is pretty high- a little more than other 7's I have. I took off one star bc I am tired of being 5"9 and having to hem all of my 7's. They still have an extra inch or two to spare. Otherwise, I think they are great!

Love!
I love the look of these sandals- they are chic but understated. I didn't have any problems with the ankle piece being too big or small, as some other reviewers indicated. Fryes are also good quality, so I feel like they will last. They definitely run big- I would say a whole size. My other Fryes are a 10, and even getting the 9.5 in these, they are still a little big. Definitely a great buy, especially on sale!

Unique sweater!
Overall I like this sweater- it is a unique piece and I got a lot of compliments when I wore it out. As other reviewers indicate, the weaving makes it very delicate, so you have to be careful with your jewelry, etc. I am happy that I waited to buy it on sale, however, and even at $84 dollars I feel like it's a bit pricey for what it is. But overall I am happy with my purchase!

Not impressed....
I have to say, I was not impressed with these jeans. I expected them to be fabulous, judging from other reviews and that I'd be the intended body type for Honeys (curvy bottom half), but these are going back. I have a pair of Joe's cigarette jeans in a 28, and they are one of my favorite pairs of jeans. I felt like these jeans fit way too high and tight, and they over emphasized my thighs rather then flatter or minimize them. I felt like they almost had a "mall" quality stretch to them (not as bad as mall quality, but disappointing none the less). I'll have to find another pair of Joe's to love!

Very thin...
I like the draping of this dress and the leather strap, and feel like they add a unique element of style. However, the actual jersey material is very thin- you can slightly see a nude strapless bra through it, which is uncalled for in a $300 dress. The draping covers the stomach, but since the material is so thin it emphasizes the rear and thighs, so this is not the dress if you are trying to minimize those areas. Overall, the dress did fit true to size and is very comfortable to wear. I will be keeping the dress, but I think it could have been a little better constructed for the money.
