Very cute dress. It is short and more sky blue than navy but will look great with tights and boots.

I am a standard size 4 so purchased the small. Unfortunately the dress did not fall as nicely as the picture, rather that fitted at the waist with flattering side ruching it fell flat and then unevenly at the hem.
