I love this bag. The leather is so soft and luxe feeling. I can't stop touching it. If you're looking for something that got from shoulder to crossbody I'm not sure this is the bag for you. I'm 5'8" though, so it might work for someone shorter than me. The flap can come undone if you jostle it around with stuff in it, but when it did that for me nothing fell out, and doing up the snaps on the side when you have heavier items in the bag seems to stop that from happening. The chain is very comfortable and doesn't dig into your shoulders, even when you're carrying more than you should. I love the tassle, but I agree with the reviewer who said it's a bit strange. It stretches out the leather in the handle, but it won't fit around the chain. I wish it would!
