I've been on a very very long search for the perfect backpack. I finally found this beauty and thought... this is it... this is the perfect backpack. I was willing to spend the $178 because I figured this was a brand known for great quality and style. Boy, was I mistaken. After only 1 day of wearing the backpack I noticed the stitching which connects the backpack straps to the bag was already ripping from the bag! Then I started getting looking at other parts of the bag and one of the top handles was no longer secure! The cute little tied off part was now just getting tighter and tighter and was showing the unfinished edge of the top of the strap. NOT CUTE. I'm hoping this was just a fluke and will be exchanging for another bag but I'm nervous... I just love the design of this bag so much! I'm not ready to give up yet! Hopefully shopbop will be in contact with me soon to get this straightened out.
