More like rigid denim...
These run really small. I am a 28 in CoH, J Brand, C/E, Free People and I could not even button these. If you want these, consider them more like rigid denim. There is very little stretch despite the 2% elastan. The calf was wierdly tight. I don't have this in other skinny jeans, but I do work out a lot and have a lot of muscles. I'm 5'4" and these are not cropped at all on me, in fact there was even a little bunching at the ankle. The color is very nice, just as pictured. Just as thin as any other designer jean. Definitely not the thickness I remember from rigid Levi's denim from the 1990s (which I was hoping for). All in all I think you can do better, but if you get it on sale, it could be worth it.

Lovely wash but only for certain figures
These are nice jeans. Nice winter weight, wonderful wash which the pictures does not do justice, and do not look like mom jeans despite the pale blue stitching and the wider ankles. They fit like skinnies (I have the CoH rocket as a comparison) until below your calf. But, the extra vertical stitching at the waist on the front and back create a more nipped in waist than other skinnies I have. I am a 28 in Current/Elliott, J Brand and CoH, in both high and mid waists. I ordered a 28 and it was unflatteringly tight at the waistband, although it fit everywhere else (hips, back, legs etc). I have a more athletic, straightish figure (5'4" 135lbs). If you have a small waist in relation to your hips, these might be for you! Alas I am returning them.

Horrible pants!
It has been a long time since I came across such awful pants. The material is ok, thickish (won't really cut it for winter here in Berlin), opaque, and the zippers are nice. But the waist/crotch area has a sizing problem. I am a solid 28 in all designer jean sizes, and wear 4 or 6 in pants. (5'4" and 135 lbs). I buy everything online in these sizes and never have a problem with variable sizing. Until these pants. I can barely button the size 6 and they are totally unflattering and uncomfortable. Not worth it at all ladies, especially if you are eating the costs of an international return like me! There have got to be better ponte pants out there than these.

What a steal! Get these while you can.
Ladies for this price, I will forgive the fact that these don't fit exactly like my J Brands. But they come pretty close, for a fraction of the cost. Because the other reviewer said they were thin cord and stretchy, I ordered the same size I would have ordered in my high waisted J Brand flares, which is one size smaller than I'd order in a skinny jean. I don't know if that is ordering down, it's more like adjusting for the different fits. These jeans skim your hips but do not narrow to tight knees. They have more of a classic leg, but the cut is stylish. These are definitely not mom jeans. They do shape and reduce your behind the way J Brands do. I actually love that they are so stretchy and thin. The cord is not a plush winter cord, it is a very small pile. Which is great because plush cord reminds me of being 7 years old. They'll be great to wear in the spring and summer. I have them in the blue and the brown, both colors are rich and versatile.

Stylish beachy/summer casual jean
These jeans are perfect for summer when I don't like to wear dark washes. They are slightly darker and less washed out than the picture, the color is a little more uniform than it looks here. I would call them an aged medium blue, perfect for wearing with all the summer whites and heather greys that I like. I think you could also wear them in winter for more casual wear. They fit quite tight and I wear a size 32 in J Brand Kiki which is just a little too loose for my liking, however I would not size down in these. These are nice and tight but you can move very easily in them (and I really test that as I spend a lot of time crawling around on the floor with my two toddlers). If you are on the fence like I was, wondering if a 32 can wear these the answer is yes, you can. All J Brand jeans shape you so nicely. I could hem these but I turn up the cuffs a bit to show my ankles and wear them with tunics and longer tanks. Very nice! I would not buy a skinny jean from any other brand.

Lovely, tailored casual jeans
First of all, these jeans feel like a dream. Soft and with relatively thick denim (nowadays it seems jeans are getting so thin). It is not so thick that you would melt in the summer, but the weight gives them a very nice drape. I marked larger than expected but they are just a little larger, the waist feels a little large to me. If you are between sizes, I'd recommend going down. The legs are wide so they won't shape your legs if you are looking for that, but they make them really comfortable for summer. I am an apple shape with regular butt and thighs, 5'4". Despite having to hem them, they don't lose their shape and look lopped off. The extra pockets in the front distract from the higher rise so they don't look mom-ish, and the darts in the back make a very nice shape. In general I wouldn't say they are particularly slimming, but trouser jeans aren't cut to do that in the first place. These ones are worth their price for style, quality and fit!

Thin jeans that are just so-so
Either CoH fits your body or it doesn't - it doesn't fit mine. I am an apple shape with a regular butt and regular thighs. At 5'4" the rise was sort of normal on me, not high rise, and the shape of the jeans was not tailored like you'd expect high-rise pants to be (think of Farrah Fawcett in the 70s, like tailored for a woman's shape). These jeans did absolutely nothing for me and were totally unflattering. The color was is kind of boringly monotone and the fabric felt very thin and cheap. Had these been much cheaper, I still wold not have bought them. These are going right back.

Classic, slimming jeans
This is my first time buying this brand and these jeans are wonderful. They have a very high rise (in size 32 it is actually 11") but pull it off without being mom jeans. At the same time they are very slimming and shaping for your legs, and are a bell on top of it all. They would be easy to dress up or dress down. Best of all, you could theoretically throw these into the dryer according to the instructions. Incredibly long, like ridiculously so, but if you are 5'4" like me you won't lose the bell by hemming. The fabric is thin, but it's ok. Just a little thinner than Citizens of Humanity jeans. Not too much stretch, just the right amount IMO. Not as much stretch as Citizens of Humanity. Wish they had more washes, I would buy more! I took a star off because I think in general, it is a ridiculous price for jeans. I am willing to pay premium because I coveted these, but come on, these are just jeans!
