Great look, great feel
I bought this sweater for spring and am happy with it. Has a smooth, heavy yarn (feels like a linen blend but I dont remember!) and a classic cable style that's revved up a bit because the knit is sheer (you will defintiely need a cami with it or a shirt under it). I dont like how it's styled in the photo and will wear it with white and off-white linen drawstring pants, a taupe velvet pair of jeans I bought, or for work with an off-white pencil skirt. Would also look cute with lighter blue denim shorts, capris, or pants. The color's name is "elephant" and this is a great descrption as the color is somewhere in-between the brown and gray families. Im petite and the XS fits well - I had originally purchased the S but found it a little too large in the body. I tend to be chilly even when the weather's warm - and this is a great find for spring if you, too, shiver when they turn on the A/C!

Adorable - runs large
Very cute A-line skirt - this is all about the texture, which has that natural, fiber-ish, great look but also feels good and moves well. Nicely lined too. Alas, the product info said the model with a 25-inch waist was wearing a size S so when I ordered to XS I expected it would fit (I'm petite with a 24-inch waist) but waist was too large - at least 26 or 27 inches. I would not try to alter this skirt. ladies - too complicated with the tiered fabric and full skirt. But I hope it get s nice home somewhere! I'd wear it with a white button down shirt tied at the waist and a cami underneath, or just a cami, or even a white tee! A black halter top would also look great!

Solid Classic , A Bit Pricey
THis is a very nice boot and the cranberry color is lovely. Not over-embellished and a good, balanced silhouette. The shaft is soft enough so that you can push it down to wear them slouched, which is a nice, versatile feature, but I believe it will stay upright when worn that way (let's hope so!). I find them a bit pricey for what they are, but will keep them because of the color and because the simple styling makes them very wearable. I have some gray cashmere gaucho pants that they look adorable with, and a mid-length chocoate brown skirt that they will also look great with. I think they run just a touch small (Im a 5.5 / 6and the six fit snugly and well). These are not spectacular or anything, but a solid, classic look. Enjoy!

Skirt of the Year
Spot on color and design, well-made, sure to be a classic. Will go wilth a million things in your wardrobe. Some things you should know however - 1) the style adds volume to your hips. This is just the way it is - there is extra fabric in the area that connects to the waistband (hence the "tulip" in "tulip skirt". If you care, not for you. 2) Runs large one full size.. Im a zero and I would have had to take it in substantially. I took it to three tailors - the cost and promised results of the alternations were not great so I had to return this - VERY reluctantly I must say. 3) Costly and difficult to alter, ladies. And 4) The skirt is pretty short. Just be aware. For me this limited the extent to whcih I could have work it for business / work. But I didnt care. I LOVED it and it was one of the hardest returns I've ever had to make. If it fits you, buy it, keep it, love it.... say "hi" to it for me :-)

Totally hip, totally comfortable
The greatest casusal look ever. Ash got the shape just right. Not too bulbous, but they definitely add volume to your feet, which you need with a lot of today's clothes. It's a year of heel extremes, so to find a mid-height heel that is this cool is a triumph. I will wear these with all my casual clothes: jeans (of course) capris, leggings, denim skirts, even with the black athletic pants I wear to the gym. And probably with some shorts too. Note that the two colors are quite different as the frayed parts are a lot more obvious on the lighter color (called "smog" I believe but it's really more of a greeny / olive/ military colo). The grommets on the black ones are silver (they are like a gunmetal on the "smog" ones) and this also makes the lighter color more distressed looking than the black The one downsode is that there are a LOT of laces and you cant just step into them - you have to unlace then relace at least part of them. I sooo dont care.........

More red than pink
Ok - I took it out in the sunlight. The background really IS pink. But it looks fire engine red in incandescent light. So the color did not work for me. Also of note is that the spots in the leopard pattern are larger than they appear in the photo. This may be a positive or a negative for you, but I just point it out as an observation. Didnt work for me but a very nice piece that may work for you - would make a luxurious and lovely gift for your leopardnista friends!

Great Idea, Bizarre Sizing
Great colors, great "hand", great texture... I would have loved to have loved this sweater. Alas, the construction is genuinely bizarre: the shoulder width is more than twice as wide as a typical cardigan. And the sleeves are constructed enough so that they won't just fall into a drop shoulder look . I wear a size 0 or 2 dress, and NEVER have problems with sweaters in small or extra small, but I looked like I was wearing a size 18 - not flattering (and I purchased the XS). Also the wrists are constructed very tight so you cant roll up the sleeves - that might have helped (but I doubt it). Trust me - I get that this is supposed to be a kind of boyfriend look, and I would have loved the sweater if it had worked in this way but the overall effect was that it was simply an ill-fitting garment. BUMMER! Try this though if you are very broad - shouldered!

Terrific Piece, Dont Rely on the Photos
The best sweater dress of the season! IThe texture and the weight mkae it perfect - not too chunky, not too slinky - and it is very well cut and soft. The color is a light, silvery grey (should not be called "putty") that goes great with so many colors in addition to black (turquoise and magenta look awesome). The texture adds volume but it still drapes a bit, unlike the"chunky" dresses I tried. The underside of the knit has a slightly different texture that shows when the cowl is folded over - elegant and not too contrived or over-designed. The sleeves and hem are finished in a soft, tee-shirt like knit and this gives the hem some weight so it hangs beautifully - not clingy, Can be worn unbelted or belted, dressed up or down - a terrific piece. The "P" fit perfectly - I am 5'2", 98 pounds. Would be great on many different body types but probably not for those with chests above a size D. I tried it after seeing over 20 sweater dresses in person - up to $550! This is the one!

A great look - but VERY large
I thought I read that this would fit wrists from 5 to 7 inches in circumference (maybe the measurement was diameter ? who has a 7-inch wrist diameter outside of bigfoot lol?), but dont believe it! Ive got a 5" wrist and this was totally humongous. It is highly stylized and I really like the look - very clunky but the white color is a good pure shiny modern white; I like the contrast of the sleek coloring with the chunky design. Watch face is easy to read too. But man - this thing is large and heavy, and though you can take the band to a jeweler to have it sized, dont bother if your writst is less than 7 inches in circumference - it will look funny (all watch and no band). Wish they made a smaller version - Id buy in a heartbeat! Darn!
