I loved the idea of this top. And the pattern too. But the fit was odd and I could tell the fabric would not wear well. With so many other other options for cute crop tops (by less expensive brands) this season, I couldn't justify the price.

I bought these pants last year. I 'needed' a pair for the season. And they were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Only problem - too snug. The waistband dug into my lower back and created an unflattering 'muffin.' What's more, when I pulled them on for the 3rd time (bc at nearly $1k, you must LOVE them) I heard threads tear. And at that moment, I realized it wasn't meant to be. It broke my heart but I couldn't afford imperfect. But here's the REAL tip - this season I purchased the Patina Leather Leggings (this season's addition to the HL leather lineup) and they fit perfectly! According to a NY sales associate (I called the store this weekend), the Patina pair are made with stronger, more durable material and are less likely to stretch out of shape. In fact, she suggested I stick w the Patina because she had been receiving complaints about the regular finish for the exact same reasons as me - they tore easily. That said, if you wear with care this could be a great investment piece.

Perfect white shirt.

I am obsessed with these jeans. I hunted them down for over a week online and in stores. I was hesitant to order a 24 because that just seemed too small, but as it turns out, the fit was perfect. I had the hem taken up to accommodate large platform shoes (the 70's look). Great on trend piece for the summer.

Perfectly opaque. In the winter, I pair these on over a regular pair of opaque tights (Hue brand, usually) and get complete coverage and warmth. The shaping aspect is unparalleled. Super comfortable and no pinching in the waist. Would buy over and over again.

Very sweet and innocent little necklace. Delicate and charming. Goes with everything and great for layering.

This is an awesome skirt. BUT there's only a little stretch and the material (which is nice, but not very structure) means if you wanna keep that belly tight, you need Spanx or the discipline to stand up straight all day. Would have appreciated a bit more structure. Honestly, it's a bit pricey given what it is but all things being equal it's super versatile and you can mix and match a million ways. So I kept it.

You're not going to feel you're getting your money's worth - the waistband is a bit larger than the hips...and if you have hips, this is a tricky number to pull off. Also, the fabric pills easily. So, why 4 stars? Because it's one hot number. You will not make it one block w/o people exclaiming: "where in the world did you get that fabulous skirt!" I recommend biting the bullet especially if you're on the fence. It's fun and easy but be warned, you cannot wear tights underneath. They'll stick and cling so consider this summer wear only.

The image of this dress on the model must be pinned because when I received it the fit was totally different. The fabric felt cheap and the print is much less interesting in person. I was not a fan of this dress and returned it immediately.

I see how the other reviews were less than enthused about these pants. Note: they ride low and run a bit snug so I would recommend ordering two sizes and exchanging the size that doesn't work. Overall, I do like these pants. They're sporty - tho I did feel a bit like sporty spice wearing them. I think there's a lot you can do with these from a white button down to a slouchy T. Not appropriate for all work situations, but dressed appropriately they could work. I'm a fan.
