A Go To Dress
As a girl with a little more junk in my trunk than I would like, I was very hesitant to purchase a dress that seemed a) so short and b) with the elastic waist thing. Boy was I wrong. This dress is INSANELY flattering. The cut of the top makes your shoulders look skinny and back look toned. The elastic magically goes to the smallest part of your waist, and despite being so short, the flare of the skirt is extremely flattering on the legs. This dress is also super versatile! While it's too short for work (my office at least), I've worn it shopping with flats, shopping with boots, and out on the town with heels. I anticipate wearing it with tights, boots, and a sweater/jacket throughout the fall too. Great find!

Not for Those with Larger Calves
I always have a problem with boots - I have muscular calves and most of them don't fit. I'm usually, however, good with a 16" circumference, which is what these are listed as. However, as a warning to those of you in my position, I believe that must apply to the top of the boot rather than the calf size, which is probably a good half inch to inch smaller. For those who don't have calf issues, these are a GREAT less-expensive option to the Frye Harlowe Boots that are also here on Shopbop. I ordered both and could barely tell a difference...

It's a Crop Top
I really wanted to love this top - I've been on the hunt for a white and grey stripe tee for awhile. The bateau neckline is so flattering, as are the length of the sleeves, HOWEVER, and what you cannot really tell from the pictures is that this is a crop top. It came barely to the top of my pants (while it does go lower down on the sides, the smallest part of the top barely hit the top of my jeans). If that's your thing - snatch it. If you were looking for more of a traditional tee - pass.

WORTH the money
Debated this vest for quite sometime (because of the $$) before ordering - so happy I did. The faux fur is VERY soft. I've never felt real fur, but I bet this is what it feels like. The craftsmanship of the vest is superb - there are several rows of stitching on the grey part of the vest that surrounds the faux fur. Vest is very warm - I wore it as a middle layer and top layer in Canada in September and was fine - but also lightweight. Very versatile - I wore it with jeans, leggings, skirts, and dresses. GET ONE before they're gone!
