cute plaid!
I've been looking for a relaxed plaid shirt like the Elizabeth and James versions, but finally settled on this one because of the price and color/pattern. I usually wear XS in shirts, but I sized up to a small to get the looser/relaxed look and fit. The inner placket is blue compared to the purple plaid, and is a great contrast. Received compliments on the first wear, which is pretty impressive for a plaid shirt.

go-to aviators
I have a hard time finding aviators that fit my face. I've definitely spent a lot more on designer sunglasses as well, so these are a deal at $100 and look just as good. I like the larger (but not ginormous) fit and they remind me of the Carerra aviators that I have. They're like an updated version of vintage aviators and are now my go-to sunglasses.

strange fit
These did not fit as well as I expected. Granted I'm a 32AA and when I placed them as recommend on the box (fuller side down) it gave my boobs that really weird shape. I turned them upside down so that the thicker side was on top and it looked better, but it was just okay. I actually tried the cleavage cupcakes as well and would recommend those for ladies with a smaller chest. I think these would be better for women with fuller breast and are looking for that added oomph and shaping support.

madewell blouse
although shopbop sold out of the pink version, I went to madewell.com and bought it in a size small. It is sheer, but with a nude bra on underneath you can't see anything (at least in the pink version of the blouse). The print is unique and I like the elasticized waist. It's a nice blouse that's different than most shirts out there.

can't wait till fall/winter
I just received these boots, and they are super cute! The only thing I didn't expect is that while it's true to size in length, it's a little narrower than expected at the vamp (I think that's the right term--on the sides where the ball of the foot is). I'm 5'8" and the boot comes up to my knee (doesn't cover it), which I think will be the perfect height. This is only my second pair of boots that I've ever bought because I think boots in general don't look good on me or are really my style, but I'm keeping these ones! I just hope they hold up in the snow too.

summer dress
I bought this dress in an XS, because that's what size I usually wear. But this dress as an elasticized waist, and I felt it was a little uncomfortable. It probably would have been better if I purchased a Small, maybe I'll repurchase next year, if they still have the same style then.
Sizing: Smaller than Expected

super cute skirt
I was also hesitant about this skirt, but I know that the materials in this line are super soft and comfy (I have a couple of T by Alexander Wang shirts). The skirt is body hugging, form fitting, and casually sexy without looking like you're trying too hard. The drape is interesting, but at first I couldn't figure out how to put it on. There is that center rise and you have to put the folds in place otherwise it'll look weird. Also, I'm 5'8" so the skirt rises higher than shown in the model, especially after you start moving around in it. Probably sits closer to my mid thigh.
