I found this to be very good quality but had two problems with it. First, it was a bit loose on my petite frame so I could only wear it tucked in. Second, i found the color to be a bit difficult to match. Had to return.

The material is really great and the color is fantastic - it can literally be matched with any other bikini top to create a mix-matched nonchalant bikini ensemble. The cinched behind is SUPER flattering. Definitely itsy bitsy so don't get this if you're looking for full coverage.

This is my first madewell purchase and I was so unimpressed that I think I may be put off from the brand forever. The material felt cheap and weirdly thick. The color is nice but the stiching was not very well done and the derss was not form fitting. Returned.

Total disappointment. The metal is VERY weak and so bends very easily - so much so that when the pair turned up, one made a much larger circle than the other. Tried to bend it back so that they would look the same but it was frustrating. Looks as though could easily become mis-shapen when caught in anything or if mishandled even in the slightest. Returned.

I was looking for a white dress but when this turned up it had a yellowish/creame tinge to it. Definitely not as short a hem as it is on the model who must be really tall!! Cute but didn't love, so returned it.

I bought this dress on an impulse and I LOVE IT. I was actually looking for a comfy sweater dress for the fall but was drawn to the "sweatshirt" aspect to this dress. It looks like it would be shapeless and baggy but for what it is, it fits the form pretty nicely (but def not even close to being tight) and is surprisingly slimming. It's also warm but not too much and is wonderfully versatile for varying fall temperatures. I tried putting a belt on it but it gathers funny around the mid section when cinched. Great for wandering around town with a fedora, scarf and cool boots/flats or for the office with nude pumps and a statement necklace. This little number will be in my closet for a long time! (I'm 5'0 and 100lbs - the smallest size was a perfect fit)

I'm a petite girl and am always on the lookout for tall boots that aren't too tall. The length of the boot was just perfect for my 5 feet height but the slouchiness of it made my legs look really chunky and was downright unflattering. Returned.
