These adorable shoes deserve 5 stars. They are well-constructed, on-trend, and made of good quality, supple leather. They ae loaded with style, and the heel height is ideal. However, I had to reluctantly return them and therefore couldn't give them all 5 stars. They just didn't work with my particular anatomy. The top edge of the shoe obscured the curve of my ankle at a place that made my leg look thick. I have an athletic build and my legs are muscular. What happened to me may not happen with someone whose legs are less "built". If I had tried them on at a shoe store, I'd have seen this right away. Luckily, Shopbop makes it easy to try something on at home and return it if it doesn't work.

These are terrific! The color (I ordered Fango) is a perfect neutral and the style works with short dresses, long skirts, leggings and jeans. The leather is thick and stiff, not soft and supple, but it works for the style of boot. It looks exactly as pictured, with the shinier toe, giving it a distressed, ombre look. They are both classic in style and on-trend at the same time, and very well-made. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to keep this garment, as the style, cut and length are perfect. Unfortunately, it was too see-through for me. The fabric was just not substantial enough for my taste. I reluctantly returned it.

I love the Elizabeth and James label, and when they hit, they hit big time. When they miss, they miss. Sometimes the style, fabric and sizing don't sync. This blouse is one of the misses. I ordered the medium and returned it. The fabric had an odd feel and didn't lay right. The cut is off: there was too much material from the bust to the top of the hips, but the cut was such that the fabric pulled across the hips. I have one of their blouses in medium, which I wore to death in the Spring. The fabric and cut are extraordinary. If I could change anything, I would have ordered a smaller size. Since purchasing that blouse, I have tried other Elizabeth and James garments, but can't seem to find my size. Sometimes the Smalls are too large. Sometimes the Mediums are too small. Nevertheless, I will keep trying, because, like I said, when they hit, they hit big.

The garment is cut so that the hem on either side lengthens sharply. This would be fine in a less bulky material, but it doesn't work with this particular garment. I also found the cut much too wide, and with the bulk of the material, it wasn't flattering. This was a miss all around, so I returned it. Though I like much of the Elizabeth and James label, I have learned through trial and error that their sizing is inconsistent.

The fabric is too sheer for my taste, though others may be just fine with it. I also found the cut rather boxy and unflattering. It seemed to minimize my top and widen my hips, even though I have an hourglass figure. I returned it.

The fabric, cut and look of this hoodie, with the added detail at the shoulders, was perfect. It is very well made, with a substantial zipper. They were out of medium, so I ordered the small, as often a small will fit me. In this case, it didn't, and I very, very reluctantly returned it.

If you are looking for a lightweight hoodie in a nice long length, this may be for you. I found the material too flimsy and the cut too shapeless, so I returned it.

I returned this. The combination of the drab color (it looks brighter in the photo) and an excess of material was overwhelming. It was shapeless and unflattering for me.

I returned this item. The material is lightweight, with a very open, muslin-like weave. I was looking for something a bit warmer. It has a unique look, but I had to pass.
