Great costume jewelry
Love this necklace--I have it in the khaki version. It's less flashy than most House of Harlow styles, despite the rhinestones. My only complaint is that the top pendant flops over if you try to slide it on top of the larger circle, as shown in the photo.

Streamlined loafer
Well-made, nice quality leather, perfect nude color. Great alternative to standard men's oxfords, ballet flats, and driving loafers. Runs about half size larger than marked.

Pulls Easily
I love this skirt, although there is one small drawback about it: it pulls easily. I was happy to read that the pattern is actually made by vertical threads, rather than printed on, but it caught on my watch, my coat button, and just about everything the first time I wore it, and I can't seem to adjust the now warped threads back to their original, flat state. In fact, when I received the skirt from Shopbop, it was already pulled, so I returned the original for my current one. I thought the problem was mostly because I'm pretty clumsy, but when I went to Cusp, I saw that every one of the exact same skirt had been pulled in the store, likely from people just trying it on. Finally, when I commented that it's true to size, I meant "true" according to the style. Like most banded skirts and dresses, it's meant to fit snugly and suck everything in. I typically wear a small or size 4, and I opted for the medium, which fit.

Just as pictured
Since they ran out of size small, I purchased the medium, hoping the skirt ran small, but unfortunately, it was too big, and I had to return it. This is one of the rare items on Shopbop that looks exactly as pictured from the color and quality of the fabric to the cut and beaded details. I would definitely have kept it if it had fit.

Great size and shape
I've been looking for a cross-body bag for quite some time, and I was pleased to see that Madewell had created a leather version of their suede mini. The color is an ivory black, which lends to the vintage feel, and less severe than true black, in my opinion. Great size, fringe detailing, and Mulberry-type hardware.

Aptly named
I usually wear a 27 in J Brand or Paige denim, so I followed Shopbop's instructions and purchased one size up. The 28 were still too tight in the waistband (a blow to my ego), and since I wasn't particularly impressed with the overall style, I returned the pants completely rather than exchanging them for a size 29. However, I disagree with the previous review that the material is terrible. It's a chino-type fabric, about the same texture and thickness as a pair from J. Crew, and even lower priced.

Good value
The dress is extremely well made for such a low price. It's not a typical cocktail dress, thanks to the mesh-paneled back and exposed zipper, but it's still subtle enough for most events. I'm relatively small-chested so while the cut fit my waist well, the upper chest portion formed an unflattering pocket in the back when fully zipped.

Runs large
I just bought this top in white, and I really appreciate that the material is substantial and not sheer, unlike similar styles from James Perse or Vince. It does run larger than I expected--although my bra isn't visible through the fabric, it is through the low neckline and arm holes. I wish I'd bought one size down.

Sloppy
Both the lining and the dress are smocked at the natural waist, which would provide a more streamlined fit in theory, but just makes it difficult to adjust and smooth out. I usually like cuts like this for the summer, but this particular dress looked messy.
