Perfect once you break them in
I'm pretty consistently a size 8.5 in shoes--sometimes an 8, never a 9--but I went with the EU 39 as suggested. I've found that boot sizing can be all over the map but these fit perfectly if you like your footwear snug (which I do). I would say if you plan to wear thick socks with these you may want to size up further. At first I thought they'd be a no-go because I had to wrestle with them for a good 5 minutes just to get them on. After a few times the leather has loosened up enough that getting them on and off isn't a massive struggle (always a plus!). In short, if you have the patience to break in a new pair of boots you won't be disappointed with these. They're gorgeous in their simplicity, well constructed, and the crepe sole is really comfortable. It's hard to find a great pair of boots and I'm very happy I found these!

Wilt top
This is a really cute top that the dorky styling in the photo (sorry Shopbop) doesn't do justice. Soft, full and swingy but not too baggy, and the added bonus of ribbed arms, which you can't tell from the pic or description. I'm a huge fan of this dark taupe color, too, so for a casual top this hits it on all levels for me.

Size Small, please!
As they were out of my usual size small, I ordered a medium and crossed my fingers that they would work. I was in love from the minute I tried them on, the leather is so soft and a perfect creamy white, and they appear to be well made. Sadly for me, though, they run true to size and just don't really work as a slouchy look. These are meant to be worn high, form fitting, and yes, short. I'm waiting to pounce if a size small reappears on Shopbop, otherwise, I'll take them to be tailored. Size issues aside, they are perfection!

Vince Bermudas
Very soft fabric that almost has a sheen to it, and as usual love Vince quality and design details that make something otherwise basic feel rich and luxurious. I can't comment on fit, though, because I took my usual size 4 (34,27,36) and they were HUGE. I've reordered in a size 2 but suspect I may even need a 0 in these. To be continued...

smock detail dress
If you're between sizes, I'd definitely go with the smaller size. I like the way the viscose jersey hangs on the body, it's got some weight to it. However the smock detail feels almost too heavy and falls in a place that the overall effect is I look flat as a board, even though I've got hips and a booty. The top part with the leather straps is really sexy, but I'll have to take them in as they're way too long on me. Probably would have sent it back if I could have, considering the price, but with some alterations I think I can make it work.

james romper
My first inclination was to send this back only because it was a bit out of my comfort zone--I don't own or have ever worn anything like it. I tried it on again and decided I'm really excited to wear this. To me it has a bit of a sophisticated, languid 70's vibe and could be really versatile depending on the accessories. A few notes on the fit: my measurements are about 3 inches bigger than the model's all around but the small fits me just as in the photo. The cut is more generous on top and to me looks more balanced with the sleeves rolled up. The shorts part will ride up when you sit down so be confident in your legs or wear some tights! Looks cute belted, with a long cardigan thrown over, or even with a skirt that sits at the natural waist worn over the shorts. I would recommend this as a well-made and extremely versatile piece!

Tyler Tee
I wasn't sure quite what to expect as it's hard to get a handle on this top from the picture, and there were no reviews. I'm so glad I took the gamble because it's much more beautiful in person. I did order a large (my usual size is between S and M) because I wanted a looser fit and I noticed the small fit pretty close on the teeny tiny model. The color is the deepest, darkest navy and the fabric is a bit sheer but not enough that you'd have to wear an underlayer if you didn't want to. It drapes divinely and I didn't think it was at all itchy even though it contains wool. All in all, a polished, refined tee that can go casual or more dressy. Love!
