Effortless Elegance
I know I must have been living under a rock but I didn't even know of Raquel Allegra before this dress. I do now! The quality of the lace is not visible in the photo. The color is a bit more on the ivory side than white, which is fine by me. I usually get a small top and medium bottoms but I ordered a medium (size two) and. it. is. perfect! I am overjoyed as getting anything over 300 online is always a gamble. I looked in Harvey nics, harrods and selfridges and I'm telling you right now there is no better dress for this price. I tried the DVF lace dress and it was so badly cut I needed a four to fit me but it was way too short. Tried an Alice & Olivia dress (white top/black skirt) also cut for stick insects. The stretch in this Raquel Allegra dress means it's perfect for hourglass figures! I love it! Worth every penny! Couldn't be happier! Great quality!

Beauty is more than looks
These look great, but the leather is very hard. I personally love nice soft nappa leather or in between. This gives me blisters on the ankle everytime I wear them. My ankles litterally bleed. Coco Chanel wisely said luxury is not luxury unless it's comfortable. I'd trade these in an instant. Plus, as other reviewers have said, it's very tight around the ankle, and in a struggle to get them on/off the heel pulled away. I will have to take them to a repair shop - not the quality one would expect. But they really do look good! So maybe I can have a friend break them in. Or pad up my ankle first.

Great if you have narrow feet
If you have narrow feet and have horses or live in the country-side these are worth every penny. They look so good on, I'm not even kidding. They are so practical (being rubber). The downside for me is that my foot was a little too wide, and whilst in a leather/suede shoe that is not a problem because it stretches, rubber does not. I just couldn't justify spending so much on something that wasn't comfortable. It is extremely rare for me to send anything back, but sadly with these I had to.

Can't wait for the holiday party season
I'm going to kick off the party season in style with this feminine clutch. Perfect for putting my cash, keys, and glasses (when I go to the opera)! Not too small like some. Lovely.

Love this
Being reversable is cool. Love the buckle. Just a great belt! Gets a little scuffed but maybe I'm just a tom-boy.

Not terribly flattering on the rear
These pants are perfect for skinny girls with great butts. Anyone with a less than perfect lower half avoid. There are no back pockets so nothing to shape your butt. They look amazing with the pointy toe flats (pictured) and I would suggest wearing them with similar shoes as they will elongate the leg. I like the fabric, very high quality and the gentle bunching around the ankle is on trend.

Great Fall Winter classic
This dress is best for pear shapes or hourglass shapes. It shows off your thin waist beautifully and skims over your hips and thighs. The high crew neck with saftey pins gives it a tastefull classy edge. The color is universally flattering, as is the length. The only people who should potentially avoid this are really thin girls as it might make you look even smaller. It certainly made me look thin! But for me that's a good thing ;-)

Run Large
Firstly, I'd like to start off by saying that I am very happy with these corduroys! Flattering on the rear. Love the gentle bunching around the ankles. The only thing is, I'm a 30 in citizens. Well, I *was*. I seem to have lost a little weight and now my size 30 citizens jeans fit loosely. I went for a size 29 in these current corduroys, but could have easily done with a 28. I have ordered a belt, from where else ;-) shopbop. So, I hope that will solve the problem (I can take these off without undoing the button or zipper). I may also have them taken in a tiny bit at the waist by my tailor, but I don't want to upset the pocket placement so will try to do without the alteration, though that looks a little unlikely. Still, I'm happy with these and feel I will live in them for the foreseeable future. I advise getting a smaller size, especially if you have a small waist in relation to your hips! There is stretch and the fabric is medium weight so you won't have a problem if you size down.
