I am tall and long waisted and these reach almost to my navel and are plenty long enough in the leg. Lightweight but not see through. Quality seems good. I have a $20 pair of high waisted leggings (in another brand) that are much thinner and less comfy. I am US size 4 to 6 and the small fit perfectly. I would like them to be a little blacker - they have a very slight sheen - but that's a minor criticism. Would definitely buy again.

Great fabric, very soft and comfortable. This top (including sleeves) is very long. OK for me because I am on the taller side, but this might not suit a petite person. I vary from US size 4 to 6 (sometimes 8) and I got a small. Good fit - snug but not too tight.

But the fit in the skirt is a little strange. It has small pleats below the waistline that give the skirt a slight puffiness around the hips. When combined with the puffy sleeves, and the large (but striking) pattern, I thought I looked about 2 sizes larger than I am. Adding a belt improved things a little, but it seemed a shame to cover the waist detailing. A smaller size might have helped. I am a US size 4 to 6 (Aus size 8 to 10) and I got the 42. Italian sizes are usually small! 40 might have been better. Suggest sizing down if you are between sizes. On the plus side, pattern is amazing, the knit substantial, and dress is long enough for the taller gals (I am 5'10" and it hit me a couple of inches above the knee). Would have just preferred a more fitted look.

I got the purple ones. They are nice, but in the photo they look sort of dark purple in the centre and paler around the edge. In person it is hard to see any variation in colour. It just looks like a light purple crystal. Would have preferred a deeper colour, and for them to be a little smaller.

I did not find this to be too tight, but I did take a medium (usually a 4 to 6). It is fitted in the hip and leg area (lots of ruches) but the fabric is stretchy. I am on the tall side (5'10"), so the length was not a problem for me, but if you are of a more average height you might be able to play around with the ruches to achieve a shorter length. It is a really lovely dress.

Agree with other reviewer that this dress is probably too fitted to be work appropriate. I am generally a 4, sometimes a 6. I bought a 6. It fits. Just. So would definitely recommend sizing up. It is snug but comfortable and, because of lining, there are no VPL issues. I am 5'10" and it hits me just above knee. Lovely colour. It's a keeper.

Beautiful colour (heather sherry) and fine, lightweight, comfortable fabric. I am 5' 10" and the length is excellent. My only complaint is that because the skirt is very full it tends to make me look a bit "hippy". A belt makes a big improvement. Will be keeping, but ideally would like to have been able to wear belt free. This might not be an issue for those who are skinny in the hips or have a larger bust (which could balance out the fullness in the hips). I am US size 4 to 6 and got the small.

I really like sleeveless tops and this is my most striking one yet. It is quite cropped, but I am tall (5'10") with a long torso. Ideally I would like it to be an inch or 2 longer, but it is fine with a high waisted skirt. I am US size 4 to 6, 34B, and bought a small. It is pretty snug. I would recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust. The tag says it can be washed by hand (despite the beading), but I have not tried this yet.

This dress was too short for me. I am tall (5'10"), US size 4 to 6 and bought a small. The waist band actually cut in just below my bust, so it looked more empire line than waisted on me. It was also tight around the waist band (no elastic), perhaps because it was sitting well above my waist. The hem was also too short. The overall effect was boxy and unflattering. Also, there is no zip, so the only way in and out of the dress is to open the series of hooks and eyes down the front. A bit fiddly. I could have lived with that if the fit had been right. Lovely colour and fabric. I would recommend this only for a shorter person, with a smallish bust.
