Frye
Lindsay Plate Boots
nice boote but SIZE DOWN
These boots are definitely run a size bigger. I bought them for my sister who is a 7 and they were way too big for her. Also, my sister is 5'3" and the shaft of the boot was almost too high, hitting awkwardly at the knee joint. Other than that they are clearly well made and worth the investment if you get the right size

Cowl Sweater
Nice material - unflattering
Positive: The material on this sweater is high quality, luxuriously soft, and looks like it would hold up for a long time.
Negative: I'm 5'2" and about 125-130. This sweater was extremely un-flattering. It was particularly weird across my breasts and made me look pretty chunky. Also, the neck fabric when un scrunched is about 2 feet long. It's a ridiculous amount of fabric. I think this sweater would look better on someone extremely slender and tall with a long next and small chest.

Madison Marcus
V Neck Lace Dress
Very Flattering
I bought this dress in green and it is amazingly flattering. I'm 5'2" and normally around 117lbs but I've recently gained some extra stress-related padding and it's been hard for me to fit into my normal sizes the same way. This dress is so great because it flatters the narrowest part of my torso and has a very flattering gathered waist. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because depending on your bust size you may find that there is a slightly awkward excess of lace fabric in the sleeve area. It doesn't bother me but it would probably be sleeker if it had an extra dart/seam

Matisse Footwear
Suede Boots with Buckle
Great Boots. Well made and Comfortable
A few details about the boots that might interest potential buyers:
1. The feet have a bit more padding than I'd expected which is nice
2. I felt like they ran a teensy bit larger than expected, but I put in gel insoles and it's heaven.
3. They seem to be designed to scrunch down but there is a band around the upper part of the leg which keeps them from sliding down too much.
The shape is really flattering and the color is great. It's clear that these boots were designed with attention to detail and I think they'll carry through more than one season.

Pour La Victoire
Pilar Ankle Strap Boots
Not for shorter women
I agree with the last review. I'm also 5'2" and these boots did not fit right. They were too high but not high enough to be over the knee. Not as flattering as they seemed in the photo.

J Brand
901 Jean Leggings
Great Jeans, Run Small, A bit thin
I love J Brand and don't have anything negative to say about these but the fabric is lightweight and I just didn't think they were practical for the east coast fall and winter. Also, I've noticed that after I wear J brands over and over again, the light-weight fabrics tend to pull apart between the legs. I've literally split them when doing a squat to pull them up. Having said that, I maybe didn't need to be doing the squat and hike-up with my favorite pair of jeans but given that they run small it was necessary. Point being if you don't wear the same pair of jeans more than 5 times a week you'll probably be fine, but if you do, maybe consider a thicker denim blend.

Riller & Fount
Angel Twist Front Mini Dress
Flattering Dress. Tons of Compliments
This is a great dress. It's comfortable, flattering, can be worn in every season, and has earned me compliments every time I wear it. Even though the jersey material may seem casual, it looks great under a blazer with heels, or just a loose fitting cardigan over tights. I'm a big fan!

Oversized Cowl Tee
Lovely shirt but watch for cut out sides
This was a really pretty shirt and I would have kept it but the sides underneath the arm holes were completely open, leaving my waist exposed. It could be sexy but i knew I wouldn't be comfortable in winter and to me, the whole point of the draped style is supposed to mask your mid-section on those days when you don't feel like having every outline of your body up for scrutiny. Instead, this shirt carved a window straight through to my belly so I wasn't able to justify keeping it.

Kettle Black
Double Wrap Belt
Look carefully, not a waist belt.
I really liked this belt but I was dismayed to find that it didn't fit right. It was too large to wrap around my waist twice but definitely too small to wrap around three times. I see in the picture that it sits on the girl's hips but it didn't really work for me. If you purchase this belt, just check the dimensions first so you know what you're getting.
