Ellery constantly comes out with amazing garments. The look of the skirt has not faults. Absolutely gorgeous! The skirt is a little big though. Fits more like a 7, and I've taken off a star because it is soooo expensive.

Love this skirt & very happy I purchased this on the sale price as I agree with the other reviewer that the full price is too much. Great cut & style. 4 stars based on overpriced original price.

The material is really thick making you look bigger than you are. The length in the back is longer and just looks plain awkward. Zipper was very hard to work with. Returned

I love this on the model and was really excited to receive it but the fabric is not very good, heavy and straw like, plus i think you have to be super tall to get away with this top. it swamped me i am 5'6 and was not flattering at all, it cut sm around my shoulders and then was too exaggerated on the A line.

I certainly isn't a tunic for someone who is about 5'5 and under. It's more like mini dress, but that makes is FANTASTIC for me. I love the shape and style. EXCELLENT for day to night transition. I cant wait for the weather to warm up again so i can walk around in this new fanstatic dress! HIGHLY recommended.

The top part of the jumper was great, but the bottom could not compare. I returned it asap.

I love this sweater, but it runs large. It looks more like a sweater dress on me (5'6) but I love it nevertheless. I have the long skirt in the same fabric (which I wear as a strapless dress) and I love the wool/lurex fabric so much that I had to have the sweater as well :). If you are waiting to get it on sale then head to the ellery website as it is more than 50% off now. Sorry shopbop but I must give the heads up to fellow shopboppers. Just remember to size down if possible but highly recommended if you love vintage cool.

I brought this at the boxing day sale in Sydney and have worn it non stop since, it's that good :) When I first tried it on I must admit I was a bit unsure, I loved the fabric, which is this really cool and unique light wool, blended with a metallic thread (amazing!!) but it was super long I mean ridiculously long. I am 5'6 and I suspect even with 5 inch heels I would be tripping over the hem and because of the knit nature of the fabric I don't think you could hem it, you would probably have to get it taken up at the waist but in my case that would be about 7 inches and then you would lose the opaque part of the skirt :( So after all that I wear it as a strapless dress! and it is truly amazing. I wear it with flats which is my preferred everyday option anyway and it is the perfect length. I also looks great with a simple white tee over the top for that skirt look too, plus I have never worn it without people admiring it :) If relaxed vintage cool is you then this is a must!

Grab one of these tops now!! So versatile this is not just a "tee" far from it... It is more like a mini tunic on me and the cut is just so flattering on the body and has a flirty swing to it as you move... LOVE IT! I would never have pick this but I happened upon an Ellery "pop up" shop in Sydney and the salesgirl suggested I try this on as a layering piece and WOW! It is perfect to me as I wore it with my Helmut Lang leather leggings and it was just what I was after in terms of looking good without looking like I am trying too hard if you know what I mean. I can't say enough good things about it! :)
