These are high quality flats. In terms of style, they're definitely a departure from a typical ballet flat, but their quirkiness is quite charming. I am a true size 9, so I initially ordered the 39. My toes were pushed up against the edge of the shoe, and overall, they felt quite tight. I ordered the next size up -- a 39.5 -- and the fit was perfect. For reference, I do own another pair of Rag & Bone shoes, and the 39 in that style fit just fine. I would recommend sizing up a half size for the Windsor Ballet Flats.

I love this dress - it is really flattering! I was looking for a white dress that was a little more on the edgy side and this is it! One note - the color is definitely ivory - not white as it looks in the picture. It is a little more snug than a typical small - especially in the chest/underarm area.

I currently own two pairs of Rag and Bone boots and this is my third purchase. My other two pairs are Newbury Boots (Black and Grey Nubuck), which are beautiful boots but too high for me for everyday use. These boots on the other hand are perfect. The heel height is great and I just love the style with a few buckles to make them interesting without going overboard. This style is a lot tighter over my toe area than the Newbury boots, but lengthwise are fine. I will have to break these in a bit whereas I didn't have any dramas with the Newburys. I love Shopbot and can't believe how quickly you deliver to Australia! Now I have to save up for the walnut pair (when you get 35 back into stock)

I really like the style of these boots and that is what you are paying for with Rag & Bone. The quality of the leather is average, the make of the shoe is also average. As one other review pointed out, it's suprising that boots at this price point are made in China (and it shows). The boots are comfortable but all in all it does not deserve the price tag...unless you really like the design which I do and decided to splurge on them.

I ordered a size larger than I normally wear but could not get my foot in the shoe.

The heel was super comfortable, but the booties were just not flattering. They made my foot look very long. Leather was stiff and the zipper hits the wrap-around leather strap in an odd way (makes me wonder about wear in the long-term). Ended up going with the newburys.

I really wanted to love these boots and was hoping they would be the perfect go to boot for winter -- sort of a combination between the Newbury and the Moto boot. They're very awkward to put on. You have to undo the buckle to get to the zipper, which is just an added step. They're also not flattering like the Newbury boots when you wear them with minis. They're just so so. They are comfortable though which is why I considered keeping them, but I ultimately returned them because didn't feel they were worth the price or special enough.

I thought these boots are so dope stylistically. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have pointed out they're really hard to get on your foot. The shoe actually fit after releasing the strap to get the zipper all the way down and using a shoe horn but it took about 20 minutes to shovel my foot into them which is a lot of hassle for this price point. So fly but they must go back...

These boots are a fantastic style. I'm quite tall (5'10"), so I didn't want to get anything with a huge heel. These look feminine and casual, and are easy to wear with jeans. The leather is great quality, although it's quite rigid around the toes. But they are a bit too small. I bought my regular size, and kept them because shopbop didn't have anything larger. I now have a terrible blister on the back of my heel, so I'll have to get them stretched at a cobbler. But definitely go up half a size! My only other complaint is the price - they're great quality boots, but I'm not convinced they're worth $550.

I love these booties. They make my feet look small yet don't have much of a heel. If I bought them again, however, I guess I'd size up half a size to make them more comfortable. I had mine stretched a little at a cobbler's but still got a huge blister on my heel when first walking in them - which is weird because they felt fine (i.e. not too small). They're really expensive and I'm glad I got them on sale; I'm not sure they're worth $550.

I LOVE this sandal, great heel height and goes with everything. This is the perfect buy for the summer!

I bought these insanely cute shoes in black and tan because I "had to have them both". Every step I took, the buckle came undone and I could not walk. Ridiculous. Returned them. So bummed.

These sandals looked great and fit well, so I was hugely disappointed on wearing them to realize a design flaw - the strap closure is a latch that snaps down, but after a couple hours of wearing, the latch started to pop out on its own. The second time I tried to wear these shoes, I didn't even make it out my door before the latch popped out again. Traditional buckles may look boring but at least they are secure! Guess the designers chose style over function, although the fact that these sandals can't stay on my feet are obviously unacceptable... returned!

i have a high arch and could not get my foot in the boot even with the elastic sides....otherwise a very cute boot
