i fell in love with the romper on the site and couldn't wait for it to arrive! the drawstring hit me too low, so it wasn't very flattering. i could put a belt on it to bring it up a bit, but then the shorts were WAYYYYY too short, it looked very awkward from behind (hello diaper butt), and unflattering from the side. such a shame, i had to return it!

I needed this immediately after seeing the picture, but was disappointed when it arrived. It runs small - size up. I wear a 2 in everything and could almost not even zip this up! The draping is very strange - it looks great on the model once you get it just right, but I was really confused with this dress. I couldn't get it to look exactly as pictured, and tried for 10 minutes before I gave up. Another con - you definitely need a slip or nude thong as the skirt is see through. Bummer.

I initially got this in the size 6 and had to exchange it for a 4. The draping is a bit tricky and I can see how other reviewers wouldn't be thrilled by it but it did work for me. When I had the 6 it fit fine, a little leeway, but the draping was all off. when I got the 4 it fight like a glove and the draping worked. It's almost like the tighter you can get this dress, the better (or it was for me anyway). I'm 5'6, 129 lbs.

Love the thought behind this dress but it runs a little small in the hip area. Overall, pleased. The material isn't bad. Good price.

Perfect transition to winter romper! Fit was amazing and would also look great with a pair of tights. Worth every penny!

Simple and elegant and super super cute

I was so excited to get this romper, but the fabric isn't what I was expecting- it has a strange sheen to it and feels cheap, I also expected more stretch in the bias but this stuff doesn't move (which can be an issue for anyone with muscle, it can hurt). The size fits true, but this romper was a miss for me. The seams also aren't lined up properly and the v-neck in the front as well as the small "keyhole" slit in the back are much larger and deeper than the photo may lead you to believe. I'll definitely be returning this, sadly, it's not worth the $120 paid.

Not sure if it's because I'm short (5'2") but the fit was a little off for me. I ordered a 2 and it fit well around the waist, but the sleeves and shorts were too long. Also, the gathered chest area felt like too much fabric. I agree with the other reviewer that the material felt stiff and a little cheap.

I got AU size 8. It fits great but I definitely wouldn't want to put on ANY weight! Its a midrise skirt that looks fantastic with a shorter top... I wear it with a black top I bought more than 10 years ago when tops were midriff!!! Anyway, I absolutely adore this skirt.

Based on the picture I ordered a size up from my normal size, but I found the dress to be still too small/short. Also, the fabric is just "ok" - even at the $150 price point.

Brilliant dress, but I sized up one and it was still a little too small. I recommend sizing up two sizes from normal. I usually wear an XS or small, 0/2, and a 26" jeans and I ordered the size 4 in this dress. It was just a bit too small so I got the 6 and felt like this fit much better. I assume the 4 fits like a true XS, and the 6 more like a shrunken small (or a roomier XS).

It took me five minutes to figure out how to put this dress on. In the end, I just couldn't do it. Complications do NOT go well with my busy life style.

Tighter around the waist compared to other areas - i.e. chest and hips. Bought this as a present for my sister. She had to take it for alteration to let more fabric out around the waist. (US size 4) Dress looks gorgeous though, much prettier than in the photo. She loves it.

I am 5'2, 120 lbs and got this in AU 8 which is a US 4.. I wanted so much to like it but this romper fit tight in ALL the wrong places (and I am a HUGE romper girl).. I hope this does not hold true for the other pieces from this line because they are all really cute :(
