I love this bag's versatility but disappointed that ShopBop don't stock it in other colours. White can be difficult to keep white all year round. ShopBop should stock the dark green, black, dark brown or two tone versions for a wider range.

I ordered a 37 only because there was no 37.5 available and they fit wonderfully so they must run a little large. Everything I expected them to be and more. The leather appears to be great quality and has a nice shine. Very happy with this purchase. I expect to get a lot of use from these shoes.

It's a little larger then I expected, but still very beatifull bag. Got nude/black color. There is no lining inside. Leather is somewhere in the middle between soft ang rough. I'm stiil thinking of returnibg it because of the size, but if you like big bags, this one is perfect.

I absolutely agree with the the previous commentator. It's beautiful, but larger than I expected it to be. I checked pictures in google pictures before ordering and it looked smaller there, I didn't took into account the measurements of shopbop. I will not return it, because it' so stylish and looks more expensive than it is, it fits with my business casual wardrobe great.

This is my first 3.1 phillip lim bag, kind of disappointed by the fact that the leather quality does not look as good as the photo shows. Cant see the shine with eyes, leather is also kind of thin, not something you would expect made from cowhide. However, I just dont like the hassle of going through the pain of returning products, I still keep the bag.

I cannot express how much I like this bag! It's elegant and soft, and most importantly it brings light to any outfit. I will purchase more from phillip lim in the future.

This is not a handbag! It could be a briefcase or a over night bag. Also, quality of leather not great.

This would have been such a great bag, but it's price couldn't be justified. I fell in love with it when I saw it on the Phillip Lim website a year ago but I was waiting for a miraculous sale. Shopbop offered it at 25% off so I impulsively bought this 31 Hour Bag with a whole lot of excitement! Unfortunately, the bag felt too flimsy for my liking and the zippers were kind of tough to maneuver. On the upside, the color way was beautiful and the leather was soft to the touch. I didn't like the fact that there isn't any lining inside though, so you would have to be extra careful with what you put inside since the leather could get ruined quicker.

It's too big but i like it. If you want an ample bag and good property buy this one.

I bought this with the intention of using it as a briefcase. It fits the bill quite nicely except there is no compartmentalization. Still works well. Looks so much nicer than a traditional briefcase!!

Beautiful thick leather, smells wonderful, good quality metalware. It's big enough to hold a whole lot of things, from my 13" laptop to books a bit larger than A4 sized. The zig-zag detailing is beautiful too! The clasp is a tad tricky to get used and the bag is a little on the heavy side, but all in all, really happy with the product!

This bag is amazing and smells divine! Good size, perfect for work. Can fit many things, but yes it's quite a heavy bag. I wish it had more compartments though, at least a phone compartment wouldn't hurt :) The clasp is a little hard to close, unable to close unless you place the bag flat on the table or on your lap, so do note this point. Otherwise, PERFECT bag, I need to use it more :)
