Fine but mumsy
This was OK, it's a lot of print, but I think Issa isn't for me. I've tried a number of their styles but they're a little mumsy for me. They don't do anything for me to justify the price.

Zoom in around the waist
Seams are too heavy & come apart. It is not the ISSA quality as usual. Zoom in around the waist on the picture, you'll see what this is about. Tax was approx USD50 in Japan. Had to return.

ISSA Long Sleeve Wrap Dress
Beautiful fit, color...received many compliments. I purchased a size 4 originally, but sent it back and bought a size 2. Spanx are a must!

sexy and stylish
Really love this issa dress - although it is very short, the long trumpet like sleeves add a classic edge and the v neck can be as modest or revealing as one likes. definitely need a pair of tanned legs to showcase this look but it is very simple and stylish and i like it very much.

Gorgeous color! A little too low cut..
Loved this ISSA dress... it's a beautiful color. The fit is great because of the fabric that wraps around the waist. I had to return because the neckline was a little too low cut for the wedding I had bought it for (I'm 5"2, 105 lbs).

just what I wanted
I wanted a very simple white dress and this one fits the bill perfectly. The bodice is lined but the rest is not. However, it is not as see-through as I feared. It is rather long. Nice cutting and true to size.

Great dress
Perfect fit, perfect length, very comfortable. I sent back because I want something one step up for the Inauguration, but this is a great dress for the money. Highly recommend.

Fantastic dress, super flattering
I just love this dress! Ordered it for my friend's winter wedding in the Alps and had such a hard time finding a nice long, long sleeved dress. So happy to have found this! It's super flattering and fits perfectly.

Well made
Issa can be counted on for style and quality. I didn't like the color, and it was a little mumsy for me, but it's a very nice, appropriate dress for many occasions.

Bummer!
I love this dress and still haven't found anything that remotely compares to wear to my wedding, but it's unlined! You can see everything (eep!) and the facing material on the slit comes unfolded since it has nothing to bind to. It might be possible to have a tailor work on a lining but considering it's made of slinky silk jersey it seems that it would likely be complicated and expensive. If anyone has any ideas to salvage this as a wedding dress, would love to hear them!

Cheap
I ordered this dress for my wedding and I honestly was shocked at how cheap it looks. The fabric is almost see through and the construction is poor. I really don't think this should be advertised as a dress appropriate for a bride. Although it is reasonably priced for a bridal gown, it is still a $775 purchase and I honestly have $300 dresses that are made better then this. It just looks cheap. I was also disappointed in the way this item was shipped. It arrived in a small plastic bag crushed and wrinkled.

Not Princess Kate
I was so looking forward to purchasing the red version of the blue wrap dress Kate Middleton got engaged in and was very disappointed by the fit. I am a standard Aussie 10 (US 6), and found this ran big to size so returned and got AUssie/UK 8 (US 4), however although that then 'fit' cofrrectly, I found the side tailoring made me look much hippier than normal, and the excess gathering at front made me look like I had a tummy. Boyfriend also agree that this was not 'a keeper'. Have returned.

Love ISSA
I bought this in a size 6 (i usually wear a size 4) but with experience the ISSA gowns shrink. The fit cut and colour are exactly as described. The fabric is body skimming without being skin tight. I love this dress!! Always buy one size bigger though in this fabric because of its tendency to shrink.

Not for me - wanted ethereal, got vampy
The color is paler on the screen than in person - it's just too bubble-gum for me, which destroys the classy thing that I was looking for...yes, this dress, despite the down-to-the-waist neckline, isn't shocking on, and as this model wears is, feels almost demure w/ the full length + cap sleeve + high-collar behind the neck. I think you need to be a bit on the flat side to keep the look streamlined, another reason I'm not keeping this as the girls point outward and that isn't the vibe I want. I was also expecting a higher grade silk fabric, which ended up feeling more like a crepe/jersey. Oh well.
