the boots look grey online, and when i received them, they were definitely brown. very disappointed.

There's nothing grey about this shoe at all. It's the wrong colour - completely brown. They do seem comfortable though - I haven't yet worn them.

The color is definitely not gray; it is almost olive. However, the shoes are just too cute and comfortable to pass up. BIG PROBLEM: all of the brass studs/nails are falling off after one use. I am very very disappointed because they are quite versatile.

Not Grey but in fact chocolate brown!! Could not believe they were brown!!, very disappointed had my mind set on grey. Far too expensive to return to the states, so will keep them. Quite comfortable, not happy about the other reviews saying the brass hardware falls off, would expect better quality from a 'quality' label.

As in the last purchaser's review, I also discovered that these shoes are brown, not grey as described. I am yet to wear them, so I hope that the quality of the shoes does not dissapoint. In saying all of this, I must declare that I still love the style of the shoes and i'm glad I chose a size larger than I would usually buy. True to size for See by CHLOE (small make).

these shoes fall apart very easily. I wore them once and the metal hardware fell off. very comfy but do not last long. I had to return them because of how poorly they were made

So upsetting - I LOVE these shoes - but the brass "tacks" fell off after one wearing. & they were a holiday gift, so that was quite a disappointment! Will not buy See by Chloe again.

I love the look of these shoes and am so pleased that my heel does not hang over the back, as I had expected they may be a bit small. However on the first night I wore them I noticed a coupe of chips out of the wooden wedge heel when I got home. I didn't do anything unusual or unsuitable in them. The chips expose the pale wood that is under the polished surface.

Great colour for a shoe and the detailing is great. Will have to put an extra hole in strap to tighten to fit better , but thats easy. True to size, comfortable and easy to walk in. Love it.

Bought these in brown: really like them! They are not as heavy as they look, and are really comfortable. Nice color brown.

I bought these in the tan color and just received them. I couldn't believe how light and comfy they are and the style/design is as beautiful as pictured and the quality is superb. The back strap is a bit loose but the crisscross straps are a good fit. I love them so much that when I saw my size come up all of a sudden in the NAVY that I immediately bought my 2nd pair!!! I also wanted to take advantage of the USD50 off coupon this time and again free international shipping!!! I am a size 5.5 and the size 6 is a perfect fit.

I purchased these shoes in navy. They are a slice of heaven. The quality is fantastic. The fit, beautiful. If the tan were still available, I would get them.
