I have natural 38 and bought 8,5 as per instructions. but the size is larger than expected and I need to take 7,5 to fit it. sandals looks great, especially Gold ones.

These fit ok maybe about a half size big. They are as expected for the price but the plastic-ness of them turned me off and I returned them.

I ended up returning these shoes because while the length was fine, the straps were too loose. They shifted around on my foot when I walked and I could tell they would be very uncomfortable after a while.

These shoes are a great wardrobe staple. I have been looking for a while for nude/natural pumps that don't have a pinkish tinge. These are perfect, natural beige colour, they will go with everything. I am usually always a size 9, ordered these in a 9 and they fit perfectly. Very happy!

These shoes are amazing! I normally wear a 7.5 and I took a 7 and they fit perfectly!! They are also super comfortable and the quality is impeccable! They look classy and elegant as well and would look great with a dress or dressed down with jeans. If you're looking for a timeless pump, that fits well and is excellent quality, this is it! And they are very reasonably priced. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I bought these shoes in the nude and the black because I thought they looked like the perfect work shoe at a fantastic price! However I didn't think about how high a 10cm heel is - too high for my office! Great nude colour, both great quality leather, especially for the price and really very comfortable given the height. Took off one star because the front of the shoe is quite shallow so you can see my toes which I am not a fan of. Will be a sexy going out shoe rather than for the office.

These were too small so I returned them. I didn't bother buying them in another size because they looked like they would be uncomfortable.

Look great on my leg and more expensive than they are. This is one of the most convenient pairs of shoes that I have. Go size in size, even a big sizes.

These looked nice when I received them. I did not get a chance to wear them as the back seam on the left shoe unravelled after trying them on once! Had to return these.. I received excellent service from Shopbop Customer Service. They were quick and made the process easy.

These shoes look great. The nude is a little bit of a lighter nude. Style is great and love the pointed toe with boyfriends and skinnies. Found them to be difficult to walk in and a few times my right foot has slipped out even though they seem to fit true to size.

I bought these in nude. There isn't anything overly exciting or disappointing about them. The nude was slightly darker than I would have appreciated, and although cushioned the patent version of the Justine pump is slightly less comfortable than the leather version. I would still recommend the patent pair over the plain leather pair, and have found these to be a useful, versatile pair of pumps.

I think these look better in person than they even do on the site. I got the black/gold and get so many compliments. Super comfortable too- there have been no blisters or breaking-in issues at all.
