This leather "dress" IMO, is a bit too short and the leather too lightweight and thin to really be considered a dress. I think it is more of a tunic or a great layering piece with endless styling options. I did notice and admire it when if first came up, but after experiencing a previous Veda leather jacket, I decided to wait and see if it went on sale. I am happy I did as I don't think it is worth full price but at 50% off I decided to keep it even though I wasn't "wowed" by it. In saying that, I have already worn it half a dozen times in the space of a few weeks, styled different ways, so it has definitely been a great buy.

Beautiful bag

I liked this purse and wanted to try it out, but it didn't hang off my shoulder very nicely because the bag is so over-sized. It caved in and didn't show off the structure as I would have liked. I returned this.

This dress is gorgeous in person. I really wanted a dress with a leather bodice and this one is perfect because the leather is matte. It is subtle and not overly-dramatic, as shinier leather can be. The silk on the bottom is really soft and flowy. The dress overall is of really high quality. The fit is true to size. I'm 5'8 113lbs, usually a size 2 or XS in clothes. I ordered a small because I thought the leather may be really tight. It is definitely the size a small should be, but the XS would have been a better choice for me. This dress was probably intended for someone with a larger chest (I'm a 34A). It isn't too big or loose at all but the XS would have been more flattering. Unless you have a larger chest, you can afford to size down because there are stretchy panels on the side so it won't feel restricting or tight. Very comfortable and not too long or short. Can't wait to wear it!

This is such a flattering garment. For someone like me with a larger chest (32D) and smaller waist (26) it's perfect because the top stretches. The leather is just right and it's not too shiny. It really is the perfect little black dress!

I'm 5'6/125 and I got a medium. I usually wear a small or 2/4 jacket, but I wanted to be able to layer. It was too short for my liking, sleeves too long (and didn't push up easily) and the collar too wide. Maybe too tight to zip with a sweater or hoodie too. Just all was very slightly off..and for $700+ it can't be- in my opinion. Still, the leather was nice.

Great jacket!!! The sleeves are nice and long especially for us tall girls. The leather has a heavier feel which is great to wear during the day with a sweater underneath or as an evening jacket. Absolutely love Veda leather jackets, great quality and affordable! It runs true to size, but I sized up to a medium so I can layer underneath.

This really is a beautiful jacket--especially at the sales price. However, the sleeves are ridiculously long unless you are six feet tall. Also, it is a heavy coat, winter-like, and you really have to like the brown color. It was not for me.

With all the other leather shorts I tried, the actual short would be tight but leave that awful gap as it go to my waist in the small of my back. Since this one has an elastic waist, it molds perfectly to my waist. I can wear it high on my waist with a tank tucked in or low on my hips to make it longer to wear with a chunky knit sweater for work. The design makes gives the short a sporty edge which I like.

Very cute jacket, however it sheds an awful lot and the fit is a little weird.

The size was perfect I usually wear XS or S, I ordered the S. I had been looking for a classic peacoat for a long time, but everything I tried seemed so conservative. This coat is so classic, but in an edgy way. I especially love the little anchors on the buttons and the way the hem curves in the back!

I wear this alot, it goes with many styles of boots because it is a neutral style. I can wear engineer style low heel boots or my Frye boots, OTK work here also. Some coats are more difficult to wear with just anything but this isn't. Sizing seems true and with the leather it is a bit different. I"ve gotten lots of use out of this already.
