These stay-up tights do not stay up. I just got home after having these fall down in the subway. Because of the weight of the elastic, they don't just ride down but flop down below the knee. I live in a city and walk everywhere, so I walked home trying to hold up one stocking with my hand and subsequently got a massive rip and run under the elastic band. After being harassed for several blocks, I found a construction site and hid in it so I could remove my ripped up stockings. To be clear I was wearing a knee-length casual dress with full coverage on top. I am petite but have chunky thighs, so nothing about my size should have been a problem.

I have several different brand of stay ups and by far these are the ones that last the longest and the price is reasonable. My pair of La Perla's, which cost me $50, snagged when i was trying them on. Therefore for these to last 3 months is fair to say that I got my money's worth.

It's the weirdest thing, one will stay up alright but the other keeps slipping...but the opaque and black strip at the top is really nice and sexy. They don't work with garter belts cause the rubber bits to help them stay up

These would not stay up. I had to return them.

I love these socks. I have never been disappointed by anything that Falke makes. These socks fit perfectly, feel so comfy on my feet and are very attractive.

These are very sexy, the line on the back of the legs just adds that va-va-voom that you may need to sex-up the basic dresses in your wardrobe. The only problem with them is that they are delicate, I would say more so than other pantie hose I own, I snagged them with my ring just setting my hands down in my lap. Bummer.

These are beautiful, look great on, and are of a very high quality. Being 5'9", I purchased a large to get the length, but found that they were huge, by the end of the night they were all bunched up around my ankles. I have every intention of buying again, but will go with a medium.

I ordered these and the spanx version to compare, both in black. I would have spent the extra money for these had they been a better fit but I ordered a L because the M was sold out and they were entirely too large. And I preferred the Spanx because they had the semi-control top where the Falke ones were so thin at the waist, just like the same sheerness as the legs, that I worried I would damage them getting them on and off. I wore the Spanx with a short dress and the "control" area was not too long that it showed from under my dress. They definitely got noticed and made the outfit!

Second pair of Falke tights that have ripped the first time I wore them. These look cute, but the quality is just not good for the price - same quality as my drugstore tights.. Wolford tights are far superior in quality and style.

Second pair of these exact same tights. My first pair lasted over a year (granted I live in Southern California which does not require tights that often but still). I loved them. Then they ripped. And I ordered another pair. I snagged the second pair within seconds of taking them out of the package on a slightly jagged fingernail -- on tights this sheer that can pose a problem because it ruins the coloring. My troubles did not end with that, as I snagged them repeatedly throughout the day on the most seemingly dull objects (like my gym bag - what?). I also noticed the stretch wasn't there like I remembered -- it seemed like they were loose all day and I kept having to adjust -- which is an even bigger pain when you have to control the backseam. Needless to say, one wear, and I was done with these. Forty bucks down the drain.

I bought these knowing they would be a more expensive pair of tight and thus assuming they would be made well like the commando brand which I have had for MONTHS without a single run. The FIRST night I wore them I carefully put them on being especially cautious not to nick them on anything. I literally took off my ring to be ultra safe. Somehow within seconds of putting them on they had a MASSIVE run.
