Very comfortable heels. I would suggest your normal size. My feet are a tad wide and they are very suitable for my feet. No pinching, which is unusual. Have already received many compliments.

The shoes are super cute and quite comfortable. I'm normally a 5.5 in most European brands - ysl, jimmy choos, louboutins, charlotte olympia - but when I ordered these in my regular size they were half a size too big.

Loved the high gloss gold detailing. Is a little bigger and deeper that expected but not necessarily a problem. Fits well over the shoulder and also carries well above the ground.

Yes, they are hot and I get so many complements, however , they are extremely Uncomfortable! I can wear them for about an hour. I wear a 7 1/2 and have a slightly norrow foot. They pinch and rub my toes and the heel slips off even with a gel insert. Yet a smaller size would not work because the toe area is so small.

I watched this item for quite a while and took advantage of when they went on sale. I really love the look of the embossed leather and the brass hardware. The hidden platform results in a sky high boot with the feel of a three inch heel which is fabulous. I get tons of compliments on these boots (mostly due to the heel height and the beautiful leather). I ordered an 8.5 even though I am an 8 usually; they fit like a glove (I wear them with thin socks). The only thing negative I would say about these boots is that they come up high (a plus when wanting the tops not to show when sitting). When driving, it hurts my ankle a bit, but I'm hoping that will go away with wear. I think I rotate my ankle which pulls the zippers down a little; again, I think this is a result of how high on the ankle they come.

I did not get these heels from Shopbop simply because they don't carry my size (I'm a 5), but I had a lot of help from their customer service which I truly appreciate! I am so glad I followed Kim's advice to get my usual size instead of sizing up like what most of the reviews recommended, because they fit like a charm! Personally, I would prefer too tight shoes to too loose ones because looser fitting shoes will end up not being worn at all, as opposed to tighter ones, which will eventually expand, especially if they're made of leather. Anyways, that wasn't an issue at all with these gorgeous heels because they fit me just right! My first pair of PLVs and I love them and my toe cleavage sooo much! Against my better judgment, I wore them outdoor partying in South Padre Island and got some of the shiny coating at the heels scraped off :( Then I got this excellent idea of covering them with black nail polish (NARS' Limited Edition Back Room), and everything is awesome again :P
