Even though I sent these back, I really like them. Cute and comfy and nice neutral colors. More versatile to have the 3 tones. I only sent them back because they are too similar to a pair I have.

I just got these and my biggest concern is also the area in the toe box. I have a slightly wide foot and I wear a 6.5. They are super roomy and comfy. I haven't actually worn them out yet but i'm sure they'll be great!

Very comfy simple boot. Spent all night out at a club in them no problems. Also wore to a funeral so pretty versatile. Great quality leather too!

As my usual size, 7, was sold out, I had the option of going half a size up or down. As I have relatively narrow feet and after reading various other reviews saying they were slightly big, I decided to order half a size down, 6.5. I'm glad I did this as they fit perfectly with plenty of room for socks or tights. Great heel height for everyday wear and very comfortable.

This shoe is just great, very comfortable, big heel to walk even longer distances without breaking your ankle. Smooth leather, no blisters at all. Looks great with shorts, skirts, skinny jeans, harem pants, and bell bottoms. They're made very well. Look super cool, I've gotten so many compliments. Glad I bought 2 pairs! The only thing I'd recommend is getting some gel ball of foot cushions.

I BAR TEND SO TOUGH TO FIND A SHOE THAT A CAN WEAR ALL DAY BESIDES SNEAKERS! THIS SHOE WAS PERFECT WORE ALL DAY NO BLISTERS- AND I AM 46 YEARS OLD. I WAS SOOOOO HAPPY!

i have been wanting a grown up version of a dr marten for a while now. i love jeffrey campbell shoes and bought these on impulse. i am very pleased with them. they are comfortable. fit true to size and look cute with jeans. the sole is great for rainy weather, not slippery at all. great traction.

The booties were much more comfortable than expected! My feet are rather small but they are rather broad for their size. Finding a comfortable pair of boots for them tend to be rather hard. This pair looks adorable and fits really well, be it with tights or thick socks! I actually bought this on a whim but turned out to be one of my best buys on shopbop!

I have 2 other pairs of Jeffrey Campbelll boots and they are true to size. These boots however were half a size smaller and so I had to return them and get the next size up. I'm very happy with them, comfy, not too loose and great with socks. They look fantastic!

I heard that JC boots tend to run small, so I had some doubts about ordering my actual size. It turns out that I needn't have fretted - the boots fit true to size, even if they were initially a little narrow and tight in the front. But, by all means, order your actual size, because the initial tightness can be worked through (taking them to the cobbler for stretching would work just as fine). They are really comfortable - I've already walked several miles in mine and they haven't given me any blisters - and way more stylish than ordinary trekking boots. The shopbop staff were immensely helpful too - they assisted me patiently and answered my endless questions promptly :)

I originally purchased these in my usual size but found that they were rubbing on my toe -so I exchanged them for a size up. The colour of the leather looks great and I really liked the laces. They are also easy to put on and remove. Really happy with my purchase.

I have had these booties for about a month now and I used to LOVE them, but then I looked down at my shoe the other day and realized that the staples were coming out at two different places!!! Because the leather and staples are exposed, they can easily be pulled out. I took them to my favorite shoe repair guy and he said that there wasn't much he could do because the seam is unprotected and the staples "will always want to come out." These shoes are too expensive to last just one month. Although comfortable and cute, I wouldn't buy them again if I knew they'd start falling apart so quickly... and I mean FALLING APART QUICKLY.

Very cute but runs small. I bought two other pairs of booties by Jeffrey Campbell and these run about a half size smaller than the other two.
